So disappointed, i ordered one ring and one necklace as birthday gift, after two week they emailed me saying they don’t have it in stock, which three days was left to birthday, i even didn’t have enough time to order from somewhere else then they told me we have others in stock you can pick the ones we send them to you, i did pick another one after one day they said we run out of the one you picked. They just try to make you buy what they have in stock because they don’t have all what they have on the website. Even when you call their number is just someone at the reception and they say we will transfer your massage to them we are just answering phones and we have no idea about orders .you can’t even directly talk to them.They just made me run of time for buying a birthday gift for my miss. I will not recommend to anyone to buy from them because their website is kinda fake.

Ordered a ring for my daughters 18th birthday, with the promise of next day delivery. 4 days later nothing to give my daughter on her special day. Tried to contact customer services and they were nothing but dismissive. Avoid at all costs.!!

Excellent experience from start to finish. I ordered my ring when I was unsure of ring size so clicked not sure. I used the WhatsApp on the website to ask if this was ok and I would get my finger measured the next day. The response was very fast and helpful. As soon as I had the correct measurement I contacted them again via the WhatsApp and my order was updated. Really fast delivery (2 days) The packaging was really discreet. Fantastic service from start to finish. I would highly recommend using this site.

I ordered an amethyst necklace and earrings. The necklace chain was silver and the charm, white gold. I contacted the Diamond Store using the WhatsApp to enquire about a white gold chain. The advisor informed me that a white gold chain was available and sent details to order. Within 2 days I received my items along with a certificate for insurance valuation.Excellent service and at a competitive price.
