Jan 26,2025Absolutely love the eternity ring I got for Xmas. Obviously, it's a busy time of year and the ring was delayed by 2 weeks. For quality and price, I don't think you can buy better. However, I felt communication re the delay could have been better. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars. I would use again though when I want to spoil myself!

Jan 26,2025I placed an order for 1.5 carat diamond hoop earrings and the diamond store said my payment did not go through for £2526 even though I could provide them with the bank reference and authorisation code for the payment. The money was taken from my account and I have no earrings

Jan 26,2025Not received it to rate it On the attempt delivery the driver asked for a pin which we didn’t have however 3 hours after the attempted delivery. The driver did say he would come back but he didn’t. There was some one in we had these problems with DPD before.

Jan 26,2025Not very quality products. I bought a few jewelleries including earrings, rings, necklace and a bracelet. Earrings post was wobbly and seemed won't last. This was 18k and it wasn't cheap. Bracelet got discoloured with one use ( it was a Vermeil) Necklace which was white gold was the only one ok. out of the few I bought. Easy return though and good convenient delivery.

I ordered an engagement ring with an advertised 'promise' to deliver before Christmas and just a couple of days prior was told that the product would not arrive on time. There was an apology which I forgave (but I was gutted) and so I reordered this month (again the advertised commitment to delivery was within 48 hours) so I excitedly ordered again - was told I had to wait 10 days. Its now 11 days and no one has advised me what is happening. Ive chased and the now I am told its a 4-6 WEEK wait - this is poor hence the decision to write a review. I don't like the unethical approach/advertising. If you cant deliver on your promise please dont advertise that you can. It misleading and untruthful. I ordered on both occasions excited by the delivery date and was genuinely looking forward to it. I can forgive one mistake but twice in a row with no care or responsibility for the situation? i am spending thousands of pounds and I deserve a service experience that is based on integrity and reliability. Additional note - based on the reply you have provided - the email address you have asked me to contact you on is the very email address I am complaining about in this feedback. Its insincere and your response is simply to paint a false picture about your care and service. Not onyl that but today marks yet another delay on me receiving my goods - i was expecting 1 day ago. The marketing needs to be ethical and honest. The operations behind the scenes clearly needs some serious work too as these deliveries are constantly being delayed. There are so many reviews about this. Why are you not listening and taking action?
