This is a follow up to my previous review as I have continued to receive terrible service from this company. I ordered an engagement ring in December 2024. The first ring that I was sent was the wrong size. I was then told that I had to return the ring and a ring in the correct size would take 35 days to make. I returned the ring and agreed to wait. A new ring was sent out quickly and, again, it was the wrong size (I ordered a J and was sent a K 1/2). I returned this ring and decided to give the company one more chance. Again I was told I would have to wait for the correct size but a new ring was sent out very quickly. Surprise surprise - I was sent the wrong size again!!. This time I really am giving up and hope I won't have to wait too long for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of time!!

I have dealt with this company on several occasions and in most cases delivered an excellent product, I had a small issue with one product in the last delivery and the customer service and communication is to the highest level. Cant fault the service and a big shout out to Donna for her support

I was very disappointed on my last experience because I’ve bought a Christmas present to my wife and two days before Christmas, I've received an email saying that my purchase was out of stock. They said that would do another one. I will receive my order next friday (january 17th).
