Feb 09,2025Ordered a tennis bracelet, it arrived with a stone missing. These things happen, but had to drive to a post office (where I had to pay to park) to return the item. I was told I would be sent another item (which was fully checked by their extremely thorough testing process) It took about 10 days to get the next item only to find the replacement is also faulty. Totally unacceptable.

Feb 08,2025They sent the wrong size, I think they knew the ring size I wanted was out of stock but still sent a ring 1 1/2 times to big, surely the company should check the size of the rings they send out. They have said it will take over 2 weeks from when the ring gets back to them and is checked before they will start making the correct size despite sending back with in 2 hours of it been delivered, now will miss the special event it was ordered for, they have my money so can not buy another ring. I ordered from this company because of the delivery date would mean I would receive in time for this special event. The customer service I received when I started to complain was none! they stopped answering my messages. I have asked for my money back I can only hope they will process my refund in a timely manner. To say we are disappointed and upset is a understatement.

Feb 09,2025Timescale of product to arrive was longer than advised. Lack of communication & response to requests on delivery timescales from customer services team. Good product but experience tainted by poor customer service and lengthy delivery time. (Product ordered 16.12.24 and arrived 07.02.25).
