Feb 10,2025Second purchase from them, they are great until you want to return something and need a refund. Returned a £800 bracelet - had an email confirm they received the returned item and refund would be 5-7 business days. 10 business days later and I am still waiting for me refund - emailed again to chase refund and told it will be anther 5 days. They maybe quick to respond to emails if they are not actioning anything they may as well not bother - glad I purchased using my credit card so I am covered - be warned and purchase only using your credit card so you have some insurance - I am not hopeful about getting my money back for this Christmas gift

Feb 10,2025I'm gutted to leave such a negative review as I do love Diamond Store however, I purchased a rather expensive ring and a few days after delivery, the middle stone fell out. Diamond Store very kindly fixed/replaced it. A little while later, two stones around the main stone fell out, whereabouts unknown due to size) I contacted DS and sent it back. They say my ring has been knocked/scraped causing the damage and they are unable fix it. I am absolutely vigilant with my engagement ring as 1:it's beautiful and 2: it's expensive! I absolutely did not knock or scrape it. It's removed when washing and sleeping! I'm devastated.

Feb 10,2025Had been looking for an eternity type ring in either diamond or lab grown for quite a while at a price that was affordable. Although the ring is thinner than I expected it is still lovely and it certainly sparkles.

Feb 10,2025Wanted some gold Huggies sadly not made with interesting design yet Went with double shape in gold vermeil Look good and comfortable to wear Good price but not sure how long they will last as the coating will degrade over time and the catch is very small Please make these in gold next time with tighter secure fastening
