The delivery company they use Haa totally let them down. Despite me paying extra to book a weekend slot and sitting by the door so not to miss them they didn't turn up and sent a photo of a completely wrong address. Still not got my order.
Extremely long time to receive the ring had a date planed and told them this when purchasing. Only to be informed after a week that was going to take 4 to 6 weeks to be made. Poor communication from them despite telling me that I would be kept fully up to date with everything sadly that wasn't the case. It was me chasing all the updates. Wouldn't have purchased it knowing all this beforehand. Only thing that was good it's a nice đ
Fabulous service and beautiful jewellery
Similar to other reviews a stone fell out of my fiancés engagement ring. I sent the ring back and they accepted full responsibility for the fault but said they were unable to repair it and wanted to recycle it and send me a new ring. I pleaded that they at least attempt a repair on the ring as as a replacement would not be the original ring I proposed with which obviously has sentimental value. But they were extremely rude and were not thoughtful of our feelings. I have therefore requested the ring be sent back so I can get it repaired elsewhere by a competent jewellers. I will never use The Diamond Store ever again and strongly advise others to use another company. I am not the only person that has complained about stones falling out. Avoid.

They were responsive to my order and let me know that my order would need to be hand crafted and gave me an estimated time for it to be completed, they contacted me as soon as my order was complete and kept me updated with the delivery process.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Purchased a ring the end of November for my partners birthday, unfortunately was slightly the wrong size, sent it back 2 days after receiving it.received confirmation they had received the package with a note saying it could take up to 42 days which would have been the 22nd of January. Itâs now the 11th of February and having been fobbed off by customer service multiple times I've now requested a refund. The service is extremely poor and I would recommend taking custom elsewhere as after theyâve received payment they couldnât care less for the consumer.

So they tell me through email I should receive my refund and still nothing . Trading standards have now been told about this and the financial conduct authority. This has now coursed me nothing but stress and worries no end and I have high blood pressure and on medication but this is not helping . STAY AWAY FROM THESE . Once this is all sorted I will write a lengthy review of why this happened and how can they take your money and then at the request of the customer cancel my order but fail to make the refund ?. Just give me my money back and let me go otherwise you are breaching the customer protection act 1987 . I have been robbed legally by these kurrupt buissness. Shame on this company . Look forward to my day in court with these . I will keep writing these reviews until I get my money back . ÂŁ93 is no joke .
Ordered a beautiful ring, the diamond centre had my incorrect details. I updated on them Monday 3rd Feb, they provided DPD with the wrong contact details. I did not get my PIN and did not know they were due to turn up on Wednesday 5th Feb with my ring. DPD wouldnât give me the ring without the PIN and the driver would not ring anyone to get the PIN resent, really unhelpful. DPD then said they would redeliver on Thursday, 6th. They never came. I received another email saying they were coming on Friday 7th. I complained to the diamond centre. Apparently they have asked for it to be returned to them and they would re dispatch it to me. They could not tell me when Iâd receive my ring. I asked if I could get a refund. They said I could ask for a refund only when they receive the ring back from DPD. Really unhelpful. They have spoilt the fact of me getting the ring which looks beautiful. No way of ringing anyone, I still havenât got the ring and no idea when I will get it. I paid ÂŁ211 for the ring and they do not care about their customers at all. So upset and disappointed.
