The information on the Garage Door Centre website was comprehensive and useful in determining the best product solution to meet our requirements. The showroom exhibits and professional staff advice were key factors in helping to finalise our order requirements and the eventual installation was carried out with minimal disruption with everything functioning as it was intended from the moment the job was complete. The overall experience of dealing with the Garage Door Centre was positive and we have no hesitation in recommending their services based on our experience of dealing with them.

The installation team for a new sectional door, and an NT60 pedestrian door did an excellent job efficiently and quickly. The building is to a high standard, and the installation matched it. The remote operator suffered a manufacturing electronic fault after about a month. The installer who visited to fix that was as efficient and friendly as the original installers, so excellent marks for the aftersales service too.

Used The Garage Door Centre for supplying and fitting new garage door. The whole experience was excellent from initial sales consultation to survey and install and very friendly service. Quality of garage door and installation first rate. Would definitely recommend.

Initially the service, survey and communication was very good. When the fitters had finished fitting the door the remote control wouldn't operate it, the fitter explained to me that it was because of the thermal cut-out... I had only seen the door being operated a few times and to be honest I was sceptical and asked if a senior person would phone me, if I was correct and had been told of this I wouldn't have bought the door, and I also Emailed the company with my disappointment . A short time later a senior person phoned me back and reassured me that all would be fine. I did say that if I'm wrong I will of course apologise unreservedly, and then I paid the balance. A few weeks later the door was operating fine, and as promised I Emailed and apologised accepting I was wrong, BUT I also asked a question concerning the a plastic tool they had left tucked in behind the wiring, and now some 4 maybe 6 weeks later I've still not had a reply...but the garage door lets in water so Im going down to the shop to get it rectified. It seems that customer service drops away once they have your money.

Don’t waste your time or money here!!!! They don’t care about customer service!!! Only about taking your money. The product wasn’t fitted correctly in the first place!!! The garage door has yellow marks all over most panels!! Not happy with the service I got at all. Never reply to your emails. Thinking of taking the company to court now.

New front door and garage door fitted by this company. These are high quality items made in Germany. From first site review to fitting this was a top notch experience. The gents who did the fitting ( Thank you James and Mark) worked like Trojans, Professional, friendly, polite, and took time to explain the systems and consider my views as paramount when final fitting and trim were added. I rate these guys as excellent.

If you are single household purchaser, don't bother, they are not interested in your business. This was the number 1 google search hit when entering "Garage Doors Surrey". The advertised number asked me to call another number. as they cover Surrey. When calling the new number, the first thing I was told was that Surrey is not "cost effective" for them to cover. The guy on the phone was only interested if I was making a large purchase. The website makes no reference to location they have no interest in servicing if you are a single household. Whilst I accept it was his prerogative to take my money or not, the person on the end of the phone had no interest in being of assistance (read "was damn right rude") and simply wanted to repeat how it was not cost effective, he offered no interest in helping at all. Abysmal service from a very misleading website and an uninterested staff. Garage doors and installation are not cheap, advice, go somewhere else....unless you live in Bedford....and then I am still not sure he would show any interest.
