Mar 29,2018I went for three quotations for a roller shutter type door. Having limited headroom where the door would be fitted "The Garage Door Centre" was the pnly company of the three that would offer what I wanted. Communication with the company was good. The fitters arrived as agreed and did a tidy, efficient job fitting the door. A technical issue a week or two after fitting was dealt with promptly. Would I buy from them again? Yes!!

Mar 29,2018Installation was very good as was the door itself but the fobs were very, very poor; one sprang open after just a few weeks. After sales service made this even worse. It ended up with a very aggressive employee shouting at me and myself having to try and find an absentee manager at their Dove Group head office. I had to go elsewhere to find a replacement where I got much better service. I've worked in After Sales Service; I'd have got the boot if my attitude had been like this aggressive employee's. Moral pay attention to every thing the installers say on the day 'cause after that you're on your own.

The time frame to deliver and install the garage doors was also very good. The gentlemen who came to install the garage doors on the day were on time, courteous and professional. They installed the doors quickly and left my driveway/garage area tidy. All in all, I would definitely recommend the garage door centre for their customer service, professionalism and the garage doors were of a high spec. Thanks again!
