Had a roller garage door fitted 2019 November very nice people to deal with, efficient, helpful, and friendly. The door was fitted extremely well and neatly. And really looks nice. Very pleased with appearance. Would have given five stars but the shame was. For some reason to drill two holes in aluminium strips. One either side of door for locking device to slot into became a problem. As team had to revisit twice to enlarge these holes to enable door to be locked.propertly and have peace of mind. The door still is not totally satisfactory as does not lock correctly occasionally. And has to be checked each time.

Due to limited headroom in our garage we had to have an external roller door fitted. Every detail was looked at and explained up front, along with samples of materials and finishes supplied. The work was completed in one day (despite torrential rain) and the quality could not be faulted - the door has worked perfectly since installation. The cost was a lot less than we had expected and we could not recommend the company highly enough - if you need a garage door, don't go anywhere else.

Very pleased with my new Hormann sectional garage door and side door. Fitted in a morning by two efficient workmen who knew their stuff (unlike a friend who dealt with another garage door company). Not inexpensive but this was worth the expenditure. Looks great and probably adds lots of value to my property. Thanks!

We are very pleased with the service at the showroom, the gentleman who came to measure up and your crew who came to fit the garage door, - all were excellent. And the garage door which functions beautifully. Two observations: 1 Whilst happy to pay the initial fifty per cent deposit i felt that the balance should have been required upon completion to every ones satisfaction and not three days before installation. 2 Mr R B Taylor of Grove Road Finedon had two doors fitted by yourselves and it was through his recommendation that we came to you, as we stated in the showroom. It mentions in your brochure that the person recommending should receive a financial reward and as far as I know he has not,

They came out , measured up and gave a no obligation quote via email link, showing various door options and prices. Ordering through the link was easy, and dates secured. The 2 guys that came out were very professional and completed the job on time and tidied up. Would recommend to friends.

This firm came from Northampton area to Harlow, assessed the opening that I had prepared for a door, and provided a quotation that was acceptable. Fitting was arranged for approximately 6 weeks and on the day they turned up with the door and 2.5 hours later it was fully functional. A first class service and I would recommend them to anybody.

I wanted to automate the operation of two single up and over garage doors. The doors were originally installed in 1996 and were working well in manual mode. After contacting the Garage Door Company (GDC) describing the original doors supplied by Hörmann I was asked by the surveyor John to provide photos of the current installation. Soon after I was given a comprehensive quotation to supply and fit new electric operators made by Hörmann. I paid an initial 50% deposit of the agreed price, and an installation date was fixed. On the appointed day, David arrived to carry out the installation. This was trouble-free although some additional drillings were required in the original doors. David gave us a full run-down on normal operation, emergency operation in the event of power failure, and basic care of the new operators. From start to finish I felt that the people at the GDC were professional, competent, and easy to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Garage Door Company as a quality supplier.

I was a little unsure about paying the total cost upfront but there was no extra for a credit card payments so I took the chance. Work was done on time to an excellent standard and my two garage doors look fatalistic. Would definitely recommend.

The Garage Door Centre was recommended to me by friends who had purchased from them and I have no regrets whatsoever. From my first phone call I knew I was dealing with courteous professionals and I was very well informed on every aspect of my two garage doors purchase. The two fitters, who arrived on time, were a pleasure to meet and worked tirelessly. When everything was completed they patiently explained and demonstrated all the details of using the doors. They also cleared and tidied the area within and without the garage. I am one very delighted customer!

Sales and fitting excellent. The only comment is that the hand held device has slightly less range than the one the Company fitted about 22 years ago. The older model still working well.
