Mar 30,2023Very pleased with the garage door installation. Gareth and Ian are clearly experienced installation engineers, very professional. Good explanations given for maintenance of door and tracks, good demonstrations given for door and electronic equipment. Jaime and Paul, in the office, helpful, understanding, and disappointed, as manufacturer did not send complete kit to allow door to be opened in event of a power cut - clearly poor manufacturer quality control.

The gentlemen (Scott and Justin) who fitted the doors were very friendly and gave us a demonstration on how to use the doors and locks.They took away the old door and disposed of all the rubbish, leaving it all nice and tidy .

Took care of the property. Showed me how to operate and use the safety features. Very pleased. This is the second time I have used this company and would definitely recommend them.

Feb 10,2023We have been waiting since Christmas to have our garage door finished with replacement slats, its missing internal trim, and its limiters. Prior to that, the company brought entirely the wrong door and left us with a boarded-up garage throughout the cold snap until just before the Christmas holidays. I feel that I have had to press them repeatedly to rectify their mistakes and the impression I get is that between them and their suppliers there is little desire or flexibility to prioritise fixing the problem. Having paid up front, this is woeful customer service. Although their fitters are excellent, attentive to detail and cannot be faulted I would not recommend the company itself to anyone.

Oct 05,2022My garage door was fitted in 2019 and has always had a habit of closing itself with a moderate wind, but know its not safe as one side does not lock out. In 2019 they sent out two different sets of fitters who didn't/ couldn't fix it. Today I phoned them to ask if they could possibly sort it out, the person I spoke to said that needed the springs retentioned! But £130.00 plus VAT is extortion and most likely wouldn't work. I am totally disappointed and disgusted with this company.

Sep 27,2022Fantastic service from the Garage door centre. We are very pleased with our Hormann roller door which we had fitted in February 2022. Unfortunately, we had a problem with it last week but were very satisfied with the excellent customer service we have had to rectify it with. We had an engineer out to assess it withing 2 hours of a call and it's working perfectly again. Would highly recommend.

Sep 02,2022My garage door was just outside of the warranty period and I was having problems, they sent an engineer who changed the batteries in the remote, the bill was £130 plus VAT! They never at any time told me their was an extortionate call out charge, they deny this so as good as called me a liar! So basically my word against theirs, would never use again, their customer service skills leave a lot to be desired too

May 08,2022I needed a replacement door handle for an old garage door but wasn’t sure exactly what part I needed as none of the ones I could find online seemed to be an exact match. So I decided to call the contact number on this website and was able to speak to someone who confirmed my suspicion that the visual design had changed over the years. Ideally I wanted the older look so that it would match with the other garages in the block rather than stick out. Fortunately they still had some of the older units available and I was able to purchase one for a very competitive price. It arrived the next day and fitted perfectly. Thank you

Nov 13,2021I was very pleased with the quality of the Hormann Georgian door for the price given. The two guys who fitted it turned up on time, were friendly and professional, and explained afterwards how to operate and look after the door. My old dented rusting door was removed as well, at no extra cost. Compared to some local fitters' prices, I was very satisfied. Payment is required in advance; a fifty percent deposit and then the balance 3 days before fitting. This is to stop those despicable people out there who have work done and then do not pay afterwards. I was happy to pay this way and I would highly recommend this company.

From the initial visit with very helpful staff to the fitting team they were great. Just watch out they do like their cups of tea. I would highly recommend. Andy
