Mar 20,2019After good initial response. I had to do all the contacting. Wasn't notified when door ready. They came to fit it at 6pm so it was dark and did not leave until 9.50on and they hadn't got all the fixings. Door only partially locked and it was another week before they came to fix it. Then they were another small part missing but fortunately they had one in their van. The door seems fine now.

Jan 10,2019Easy process to get exactly what we wanted. Helpful and communicative staff. Door was ready very quickly and fitted perfectly despite being large and bespoke. Whole installation was done in a few hours with no mess or fuss. Looks spot on and works perfectly. Really pleased.

Jan 07,2019Excellent service from this company who answered all of my initial questions about various options & were happy to provide prices for alternative products. The personal attention of the owner was also very appreciated. The delivery company that the Garage Door Centre used were also excellent & the door arrived on the agreed day & wihin the advised hour - you can't ask for much more than that. I opted for the SWS Securioglide sectional garage door which has proven to be a very good quality product. I chose to install this myself & it proved to be straightforward; however, the instructions that come from the supplier are basic & I would advise anybody else thinking of doing this to watch a couple of on-line video clips first as these really helped.

Dec 20,2018Product is great. However the doors did not match the picture I was shown when I ordered which was disappointing as I was buying to match a current garage door. The after sales service was non existent, the attitude was basically “tough”, when spending £2000 I expect more.
