They have always kept us fully informed every step of the way and the guys installing did so with the minimum of fuss and disruption. We love the products and have numerous admiring comments and queries as to where we purchased them. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Apr 05,2018My neighbor recommended the Garage Door Centre to me, I did shop around and found cheaper, but that was reflected in the inferior quality and security, so I visited the GDC showroom, the staff were fantastic, demonstrated the doors and explained everything clearly, the guys that fitted the door were excellent and efficient, I can’t recommend GDC enough, really chuffed with my door and the service I received

All invoicing and email responses were prompt. The fitting was fuss free and overall the administration team were very patient and helpful. Thank-you!

Apr 04,2018Company made mistakes with the order omitting 2 essential parts which meant the doors could not be fitted until the missing items were sent 2 weeks later. I then had to get the contract team in a second time to fit the doors which The Garage Door Centre refused to reimburse. The response does not admit that the mistake was totally of their making which directly cost me an extra £400 labour, nor does it admit to them rejecting the reasonable request to either fit the door at their expense or for them to pay the £400 for the return of the fitting team. They also forget to mention that I originally requested the door to be fitted by them when I ordered the door but they stated they did not fit in my area of Devon and hence I had to go elsewhere to have the doors professionally installed. All they had to do was order correctly first time round and when it was not they should have immediately offered to reimburse the extra day of labour for 3 engineers.

They provided good advice during the design stage and their budget price was a reliable indicator. The installation was trouble-free and they worked around the Contractor without complaint.
