So would recommend The Garage Door Centre without hesitation.

Pleasant and efficient visit from the surveyor (another James), and confirmation of the initial price. Similarly pleasant and efficient administration from Lana. Professional installation by James and Ben, who removed the old door, left the work area as clean as they found it, and gave clear instructions on operation of the motorised door. All this in under two hours. From first to last, a very good experience.

Aug 01,2023Pros: - Decent product so far - Pretty good installation - Got the product spec correct Cons: - Long lead times - By no means cheap (can of course get it cheaper by just sourcing the product cheaper elsewhere and finding a builder/fitter to install) - Poor T&Cs: 50% deposit (cool). 50% balance before the product or installation occur. Therefore no incentive to deliver, install and sort any snags…had windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, you name it done. Standard is 50% deposit, then maybe up to 90%. Hold some back for the job to actually be done ! - Very poor customer service at each stage, especially towards the end. Could disclose a lot more here. A fine product result, marred notably by process and service issues.
