I have throughly enjoyed my time in Bangkok and have had countless new experiences both professionally and personally. The staff from the intern group have been great and were super supportive both pre-arrival and during my stay. Our in-country coordinator Jinnie was amazing and organised a number of great activities for us interns to attend as part of the programme as well as organising and/or recommending several other activities/places us interns should check out during our stay. Coming into the internship I had to keep an open mind in terms of the work I would be doing. Having studied commerce and property at university, I was hired by a law firm which was different in itself. The first week and a bit was great as I was just settling in and getting to know my Thai colleagues. But it did become apparent very quickly that the law firm didn’t have a lot of work for me to do given my little to no legal experience, particularly in Thai Law. However, this was also a blessing in disguise as it freed up a lot more time for me to work both remotely and flexibly, meaning I could explore more of Bangkok and other parts of Thailand or simply just have a chill day and work from home. Ideally I would have liked to have interned at a property firm, but now having lived here for 6 weeks I can see why it is super tricky to find us foreigners internships. Many of the firms over here want people who can speak both Thai and English. This is because a large majority of Thai firms have predominantly Thai speaking clients. There are of course foreign companies over here that have mostly English speaking people employed but they are not as common, with many of the big companies having their own established internship programmes. Nevertheless I have loved living in Bangkok, especially since us interns all stayed at the same apartment residence, and I still did get a decent amount out of the work experience in terms of transferable skills that I can take forward into my career.
My internship with The Intern Group was outstanding, well-organized, supportive, and incredibly rewarding. A huge thanks to Courtney, Zie and Brian who went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. Their support, responsiveness, and dedication made all the difference! The professional development tools, networking events, and cultural experiences were invaluable, helping me grow both personally and professionally. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking for a transformative and enriching internship!
Having a great time in London. Peach and Autumn’s attitude was super welcoming! The activities proposed were engaging and fun :)))) My internship is an incredible experience and it’s super interesting. Autumn’s friendly nature is warm and inviting Peach’s nurturing and cheery manner is endearing. Loved my experience :)
I loved the events planned by peach and autumn and they were super welcoming. Autumns ability to deliver a speech was impeccable and both their friendly personalities shined!
The attention, the guidance, their companionship during the whole process and during the internship, their community building, everything really was of outstanding quality.
I completed a 5 and a half month internship in Tokyo, Japan, primarily as an HR specialist. My role involved collaborating with interns and recruiting from various providers. The TIG liaisons demonstrated a highly professional attitude, making the company stand out compared to its competitors.
Charlotte made the interview process so smooth and easy! She was a joy to work with, and I am looking forward to my experience with the Intern Group!
The process has been so easy thanks to Charlotte. She’s so sweet and you can tell she loves her job, and as a future intern that’s very special to notice :)
I did a 5 month internship in Dublin with The Intern Group (TIG) for my university. TIG made my experience amazing and I highly recommend them! It is a bit pricey, but if you can afford TIG will make your Internship a great, fun, eventful, social, cultural and overal amazing experience!! The best part of working with TIG is the events they organize, the people you meet through them and the things you learn about yourself during your internship abroad.
Everything from the placement process, all the way to the in-country experience was amazing and professional. This experience was the first time I'd been to Asia, and the fact that they helped with the visa application, air port pick up and provided accommodation made my time here so much easier. Jinnie was my contact for the 3 Months whilst I was in Thailand, she was always helpful with recommendations of things to do, and was always able to help answer any questions I had. Thanks to the Intern Group and Jinnie, I've made life long memories and friends. They've also given me the confidence to solo travel more in the future.
The Intern Group is a reliable company, and they produce a great experience for career development. They also have fun activities every week so you get to know a lot of people. My experience was great with them.

I interned in Dublin this summer and it was hands down the best experience of my life. I grew in an way I couldn’t even imagine. Everything was well organised, from the activities to the accommodation. The internship position was fitted to my interests and my field of study. Truly an amazing time
I interned in Madrid and it was an amazing experience! The city is fantastic, there’s lots to do and the transport is cheap and easy. I gained valuable experience from my internship and had a very supportive team. Meeting the other interns was also great, I’ve made some good friends from this experience and would definitely recommend to others. Thank you to Lalita and Nikte for helping make the experience special!
Expensive scam company. place students into rubbish companies and do not offer refunds just credit.
Charlotte dealt with my application and was incredibly helpful. Always replying within a day and answering all questions. I am very grateful
This company did its best to get me an Intenship despite being a working person and having a masters from university. The virtual program had its challenges at first with being placed in start up companies but it was about getting feel of working Virtually internataional and getting that experience. I did not get to do what was in my degree but it was just to have internship on my resume to boost me further and get the Virtual experience. The online tips and speakers were of great help.
There is nothing better than meeting Cici! She is very warm and friendly. I am very satisfied with her throughout the internship. She is really great.
I had a great experience with the intern group. My EC’s Peach and Cara made my experience wonderful! My experience was enhanced by their effort to get the interns together and their constant support that was felt!
