I was informed that the holiday was going to change my delivery date by 1 day so I was given the option of ground shipping and they would refund my 2 day shipping or I could wait until Tuesday and they would still do the 2 day delivery it worked out perfectly Thank You

Dec 29,2022Update one a year later: Today, December 28, 2023, sorry to say, I've had nothing but problems with the AIMS 200AH Lipo. The first battery failed after a few weeks, sent it back at my cost ($150) and received a replacement. The replacement failed too! Both were the AIMS 200AH batteries. It runs more like a 80AH than 200. Shuts down at 54% SOC. The vendor is willing to take a look at it, however, at my $$ to send it back. On 12/27/22 I said: Installed the battery, updated my charger to handle the Lithium battery. Then downloaded the bluetooth app. The battery was sitting a 50% SOC as promised. Did a discharge to 20% and then charged it up to 95%. Went very smooth. It's running my Inverter and all my 12 volt circuits. Looks great. Best price and highest quality. I couldn't be happier.

Dec 24,2022Great products I bought 4 100 amp batteries a 30 amp charge controller and a 1500 watt inverter to live off grid to back that system up I have bought a 2000 watt inverter generator to help system if needed or if there not enough sun love all the aims products I bought all matches 😀

Dec 20,2022Generator was received missing the choke lever, so was returned for a cost of $45 in shipping. The returned generator was received at the Technical Department 7 days ago, and today I received an email that it could be another week before they even look at the generator. Meanwhile I have no generator, and they still have my $$. Very disappointing. I’m hoping I can just get my $$ back. I received a refund Dec 21, and wish it had all turned out better. I’m only out the $45 I spend returning the generator to the manufacturer.
