Knew the answer to every question we had regarding solar panels.My husband and I also purchased inverter and controller from Aims and we have been very happy. Their tech support is always very helpful and informative. We would recommend them to anyone buying a solar system.

Jul 13,2023We installed a 300 watt inverter in our RV to power our CPAPs off the RV batteries and not have to run a generator all night. Works great!! The inverter was shipped and received very timely. Would definitely recommend!

Jul 03,2023I have done business with the Inverter Store for over a decade, and for reliable equipment, equipment represented well, delivery and sales they are great. I haven't dealt with their Technical group in the last three years, but to be able to contact their Technical group ( Aims Power ) three years ago was tough to get hold of a Technician. Back then, it was quite frustrating, since I run two 6,000 watt pure sine / stand alone projects here on my farm. One for our home, and one for my Garage with apartment and water wells. We will see how this 'round goes. Moscow, Idaho

Jun 27,2023Terrible customer service! I placed two calls in two separate days…. two days ago! and haven’t received a return call. I returned something that I was not able to use. Still in the unopened box! They charged me at 25% restocking fee?!? I don’t know… they didn’t explain. And the invoice never even states the model number of what you’re purchasing, just a description of what it is. They suck!

Jun 15,2023I had made an error when I ordered my first inverter from The Inverter Store, they immediately shipped me a new correct one, fast service and so far, I have just bought the second one for my Toy Hauler and the service/delivery was very very fast and well packaged, good service, but I prefer to talk to a person when ordering (I am kinda old fashioned) and it has always been a great experience, the real deal, honest and efficient! Great supplier, and very honest!

May 19,2023The sales staff was excellent, the only part that sucked was the Fed Ex was semi tractor trailer and they go 260 miles round trip out of thier way to get it here and it took more than 5 days. Fed ex freight only services the Forsyth, Montana area on Tuesdays only 1 delivery day a week here, I don't know why they don't have a box truck, his trailer was practically empty and the driver wouldn't drive my road. I had to get my loader out and meet him on cherry creek rd. If I wouldn't have had the loader I wouldn't have been able to get my delivery.

May 16,2023I placed my order and received confirmation right away. My purchase was shipped a few days later and at my place in a timely manner. My unit arrived undamaged due to excellent packaging. Fed Ex however, did try to damage the unit. When it arrived a large hole was found in the side of the box. Due to the packaging, there was no damage. I have yet to fire up the inverter and I expect no trouble. Fine piece of equipment.
