Jan 06,2025I am outfitting my RV for solar. I purchased part of the system 60 days ago and as the funds came in for the rest of the system the 200 Ah Li batteries are now obsolete with no compatible replacement on the horizon. Also went to order the last 4 solar panels and they are suddenly unavailable (230W slim). I had to go to another vendor / brand and will be giving up about 5% efficiency.

Dec 22,2024The customer service support provided by Chrissy was incredible. She has helped so much through my last two transactions. She has even helped me to reach AIMS tech support when I wasn't getting a response. This order went well and shipped faster than I expected. I ordered right before Thanksgiving expecting to wait until after the holiday for my panels, but they were available to the local FedEx place the day before Thanksgiving. Chrissy's effort was in vain, though. FedEx chose not to deliver until after the holiday. That was a FedEx issue. I have not yet examined the panels, but the packing looks good.

Dec 19,2024I have bought 3 invertors from the invertor store. 2 of which went bad. had electricians look at everything and it was nothing on my end. each of the 2 went bad just out of the warranty period. is it me or are these things just prone to going bad just after the 1 year warranty is up?

Shipper said item was held a FEDEX Shipping Center, and it was not there according to the FEDEX employee. Status of shipment was not updated to reflect said hold at FEDEX Shipping Center. SOK & OFFGRID STORES were able to make their deliveries...
