Oct 29,2022I ordered this inverter from you guys based on a phone conversation from you guys and recommendation from a contractor that only uses aims inverters. After receiving the inverter I opened the box and got the manual out. The wiring diagrams didn’t look right so I called in. Tech support immediately knew I wouldn’t be able to use what I had. and I needed a 120v version. He told me to fill out the email and return it. And to order the this other one. The new one came and work’s good. Then I get an email from PayPal for the refund and see that I was deducted 20%. I called in and spoke was transferred to a guy who told me the return was all scratched up. (It was not even out of the box on my end) he said I had to email the returns department. Did that days ago and have not received a reply.

Oct 14,2022I recently purchased a charge controller and a main shutoff switch. I was able to talk to the technician and with that help I was able to figure out what I needed. Great sales staff and a great tech staff. The equipment seems top shelf. I'm a novice so these things are important to me. Thank you Inverter Store

Oct 04,2022I would not give any stars. This company is very unprofessional from the top down. We were changing signers at the bank in the middle of a transaction. We sent a check instead of a credit card and they refused to serve us. The manager was rude and the staff were rude. I would NEVER deal with this company ever.

Sep 08,2022Serena is the person that I had the misfortune of speaking with. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hung up the phone on me twice. She was unable to answer my questions and became very dismissive when I asked to speak with someone else. Apparently she's the only person that works the phones, and has no customer service skills.
