May 20,2022Installed and working perfectly. It is very exciting to be getting so much power from the sun! I did install the small on/off switch on the other side of the wall from the inverter. I like using the switch but I did have to run to the hardware store and get one. The switch was not included. I bought two new 2000w deep cycle marine batteries for the front of my Jayco trailer and that was a good purchase for the system. I do not know anything about electricity so I had my mechanic install it along with installing two outlets, front and back of trailer. It took him about 6 hours to do it all, inverter, new batteries, switch and outlets. He thought it was a very good system. Happy adventuring!

May 07,2022I order an inverter, for my new sprinter van The next day I gotten an email from them saying that they canacel the order because they think it’s a suspicious activity or credit card fraud , so I spoke with them on the phone explains that the van is been converting at the shop , and it needs to be shipped there , she said ok send me your drivers love and credit card we will fix it and verify the transaction, then they told me that I can go head and reorder it and , so I did and they canacel my order again And will not ship to me

Apr 30,2022First purchase from them bought an invertor and a remote.shipping was prompt and merchandise packaged well.after a few weeks the power light on remote quit functioning called and got transferred to tech support left a message 5 days later I called back after no response from them.tech support finally returned my call and instructed me to visit website to submit warranty issue.Sales person was friendly on the phone tech support not so much
