Apr 07,2021I was in the Texas Freeze/power failure. We lost items in refrigeration. I bought cables from The Inverter Store to connect a 1500W pure sine inverter to a car battery on an idling car in the driveway. Basically using the alternator to generate 12V and the inverter to give me 120 for cycling between refrigeration appliances. The 7 foot cables are extremely well made and worked great in a dry run. Shipping was fast and accurate.

Mar 31,2021I was having power factor issues using a modified sine wave inverter. Received my new 1500 W pure sine wave inverter 3% total harmonic distortion worked outrageously good was pulling almost 1700 W out of it for over an hour with no issues. Really impressed with the performance and the response I got from The Inverter Store for getting my inverter Shipped.

Mar 26,2021I ordered the wrong inverter and shipped it back. There were minor damages from getting dropped by fedex but the inverter store claimed that there was $940 in damages. We did get a claim paid for by fedex, but the inverter store is not willing to refund the remaining $500 and will not even return a call or email. On top of I believe being dishonest about the amount of damage, they are goin to stiff us for the remainder of the cost. Plus waste months of time trying to get this resolved.

Mar 18,2021Received the inverter, inverter was defective right out of the box. Contacted technical support, was issued a RMA# to return inverter for them to repair. That's when i discovered we were responsible for the shipping cost to return their defective product back to them, as well as to have it sent back to us after they repaired their brand new defective inverter. So i replied back to Jay Jones who issued the RMA#. Stating that i don't see how we should be responsible for the cost to ship their product that is defective right out of the box, especially since it is due to no fault of our own. And if this is the case, i just as soon return the entire order for a refund. Cut my losses on the return shipping, and purchase an inverter from another manufacturer. That's when communication ended on their end, there has yet to be a response back

Mar 04,2021Received product followed directions. Everything is working as expected. Thank You RW One thing that I would suggest is that on the unit I purchased, you would have listed how many fluid Oz. of oil this unit requires. Example 20 oz. or less. Thus I overfilled the first time added. Also unit for 120 vt. has a GFI if you plug an appliance that just 2 plug cord unit shuts down.
