Jan 05,2021I ordered a single solar panel rack mount from the Inverter Store. The description of the rack online did not give the dimensions, nor did it state what was in the box; there was only a picture. The item was shipped via FedEx and arrived box open and torn; however, it did not appear pieces were missing. I assembled the rack and it does not include a frame for the solar panel nor clamps for the pole, as shown in the web catalog picture. I contacted Inverter Store requesting assistance. It has been a week and I've not heard back from them. The rack was $31 and I feel for that amount I should get more than a triangle and some screws. This transaction was not the worst rip-off but was certainly far from stellar.

Dec 29,2020I ordered a 180 watt inverter with remote switch. That same day I received a phone call from the inverter store informing me that the remote switch would not work with that inverter. That impressed me! A personal call! The bill was adjusted to reflect this. Thank you Wayne

Feb 04,2021Still haven't finished install so can't comment on how it works, ordering process was moderately worrisome because sales people are reading from a script and technical people don't know sales and won't return messages left on the answering service, it's alot if money to spend on something since their last one only lasted 5 years for a stationary installation.
