Dec 03,2023I love this jacket, most especially the team in the customer service office. A few days after I placed my order, I was contacted by customer service to confirm the size I selected. With their guidance, I was able to make adjustments to my order that resulted in a perfect fit. The quality of the leather is AAA+++. wrote the jacket to a morning golf round at the driving range, plenty of flexibility and very comfortable.

Oct 29,2023I purchased their Captain Malcolm Reynolds long leather coat. With this jacket being mainly aimed at men I struggled with what size I may need. I contacted the company and they have me the sizing I would need. I got brilliant communication from their team as they confirmed with me after my other was place my sizing and my gender to make sure the sizing was exact. They kept me up to date via email as I purchased it for comic con on Telford where I was meeting Nathan Fillion So I Was excited to get this piece as it was something I wanted to be perfect and I couldn't do this part myself. They let me know when it was ready and it is the most comfortable coat. The sleeves were a little long but I have short arms and it was anything I couldn't deal with. I love it and have worn it a few times now. I have some jealous nerdy friends haha. I couldn't recommend the company more high quality product and brilliant customer service if I could give more stars I would 10/10

From the very start of when your order is placed to when you get your order in the mail, you are in contact with them constantly through emails just to check up on things and make sure everything is okay. They answered all my questions with prompt replies and were very happy to do so. Their customer service is excellent! The jacket I received for my son is absolutely beautiful! It is amazing quality and craftsmanship. You can tell they truly enjoy doing what they do because it shows in their work. Would 100% order from them again!

Oct 23,2023Klasse Replikar Produkte aus der Filmwelt... sympathischer e-mail verkehr und super schnelle und souveräne Problembehandlung. Aufgrund eines Fehlers in der Spedition habe ich zunächst die Falsche Jacke zugeschickt bekommen. Nach kurzer e-mail anfrage habe ich innerhalb eines Tages zufriedenstellende Antwort bekommen, dass eine neue Jacke als Auftrag mit priorität hergestellt und versendet wird und dann ging es ganz schnell. Haben schließlich extra nochmal nachgehakt ob ich nun zufrieden mit dem richtigen Artikel bin. Hier fühlt man sich als Kunde noch persönlich wahrgenommen und verstanden, was heutzutage leider nichtmehr selbstverständlich ist. Bestelle hier immer wieder gerne, sehr zu empfehlen! 6 von 5 Sternen.
