I ordered a Alfie Solomons jacket for my brothers surprise 21st birthday party about a month in advance and I reached out to their customer service team to ensure that I would recieve the product on time as I live in the US. The customer service team assured me I would recieve it in time and I sure did! I was blown away by how authentic this jacket was and it made my cosplay outfit complete.

I needed an Elvis jumpsuit for my Graceland trip, and they went out of their way to expedite the production of the outfit, keep me updated throughout the process, and promptly respond to my questions. The jumpsuit fits exactly how it should, which is going to make my upcoming Graceland experience better than I can imagine.

Aug 04,2023Fantastic customer service. I ordered a custom item and asked for photos of it ahead of shipping and they provided, asking me if I was happy with it, which I was. The item itself was worth its price, made from high quality leather with a comfortable nylon liner. They used inexpensive shipping method and it arrived very promptly and the customer service followed up, asking if it arrived and if I was happy with it. Highly recommended for your leather needs.

Aug 03,2023Fantastic from beginning to end of purchase. Customer service was second to none. Any queries I had were dealt with promptly and were very friendly. Slight delay with delivery, but that was due to them being so busy. Having now received my Lady Lesso coat, I can understand why they are. The quality is excellent and well worth the money. I will have to make a slight adjustment to the length, but thats because I'm only 5 foot 3 inches, and I dont consider a bit of hemming a problem. I highly recommend this company. The one thing that also really stood out was that the jacket was placed in a protective dress-ware cover within the package. This was really impressive and truly showed that the product I received was of high quality and crafted with care. I'm very happy with my purchase and will order here again in the future

I'm in the middle of a move and was worried the product wouldn't arrive by the time I request but it arrived earlier than that which i am deeply grateful for! The communication from the company made me truly feel I was in good hands. They clarified my measurements and made sure i got the right size i needed. The product fits exactly how i was hoping it would! Ten out of ten! I'm very excited to be able to show off at my next event with it!

The size was perfect thanks to not only their very helpful size guide given on the website but the fact that they also contacted me after I placed my order to ensure I got the size that would fit me best. The kept me updated as my order was being shipped and even contacted after I had received the order to make sure i was happy with the item I had received which was a really nice touch. It’s that kind of customer service that really makes a difference when ordering online and because of it I will definitely be ordering from the leather city again in the future!

Jul 15,2023I just want to say it’s done very well. It is my favourite jacket it looks so just like XXXTENTACION jacket he use to wear. It is comfortable the material is not to heavy but not to light it’s perfect. The sleeves are great cause being a smaller person leather sleeves always puff up. Than I would have all this extra material leftover. But with this jacket it is perfect for me. The removable hood was such great design idea to. Not many jackets have that unless it’s a winter jacket. The patches for Winnie the Pooh are also done well and glad there stitched. Another that surprise me was the inside pockets I love having those. You guys definitely have a great product and have done very well. Thanks for all the communication back and forth and great customer service not to mention the great sizing chart. I love this product 10 out of 10 Thank you so much it’s hard finding legitimate people who do products like this. Especially for XXXTENTACION considering his passing 5 years ago. Thanks again for everything love this jacket I wear it everyday amazing job.
