Oct 10,2023I was a bit unsure as to order as there were no actual pics of the jacket (Freddie Mercury white arrow jacket) only of Freddie but I took a chance and was impressed with the quick delivery and good quality of the jacket, it was just the right size which was checked before sending and it looked the part, I would buy from these again

They remained communicative throughout the entire process and wanted to make sure everything was completely satisfactory. My completely custom jacket arrived way faster than what was quoted, and is perfect. The quality is great and I'm very happy with it and I WILL be wearing my Baywatch jacket beyond Halloween because I love it so much. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I sent them a picture and immediately they sent me a return authorization and prepaid postage. I received a completely new jacket which is perfect! Good folks that will not leave you hanging. I was confused about the shipping aspect and I reached out to the support team who were very responsive and supportive. They assured me that I would receive my Jacket by the 21st of September (I ordered it on the 7th), and it was here by the 13th! The jacket fits perfectly and the quality is absolutely fantastic! I can’t wait to use it for cosplay in the future!
