Nov 01,2022Bought a Jacket in the beginning of September and didn't receive it till later the following month, the jacket is nice and was worth the wait, only unfortunate part was that they sent me the wrong size (ordered XL, and sent me a L) which was not a big deal. After exchanging some emails and sending pictures that it was in fact not the the correct size they sent me a return shipping label, and started the process of sending me the correct size, a few days later my correct size was delivered and is a very nice jacket to wear. So other then some shipping delay and a minor mistake everything was resolved, very happy with the customer care and response via email in correcting the mistake, might shop here again in the future if I ever need any type of clothing/jackets/coats that I wouldn't be able to find anywhere else in my area.

I ordered a leather coat for my Son and nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were so kind and responsive and very thorough in their commitment to getting the order correct. Excellent levels of communication and customer service and I am delighted to have been a customer. The item travelled through many countries to finally arrive in the U.K. and I was kept informed via tracking of its progress throughout. The leather coat we ordered was even better than we imagined, well packaged and protected and a perfect fit. I have high expectations in all that I do so for me to express such appreciation and recognition is rare. However, this company have excelled in their professionalism and I will be returning with future custom in due course.

They were very communicative with me about sizing and fit without me even having to message them about it and they answered all my shipping questions with ease and accuracy. I really enjoyed buying from them and I’d do it again in the future as well.
