Feb 16,2023I ordered an Astros jacket back in October to celebrate them being in the world series. They notified me immediately that the jacket may be delayed because of supply shortages and constantly kept me informed of the status. The quality of the jacket is exceptional. It is an Astros jacket with knit. The quality is better than I expected. The best customer service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this retailer.

Feb 11,2023I ordered a fraternity jacket for my son and the sleeves were a little snug by design. I contacted the company about the issue and they emailed photos on how to take measurements. After doing so, I sent the jacket back and they exchanged it with the correct size. Great quality jacket!

I had made a mistake in the sizing of this coat for my son, they were amazing in helping me get the correct size and made the fit perfect for my son. He was one happy guy. Feb 09,2023Well made, as authentic as it gets. Was custom tailorable but I needed it quick for Halloween. The sizing I chose worked out perfect and had an option for smaller waists.

Feb 09,2023In September of 2022 I had placed an online order for a leather vest from The Leather City. I had placed this order as part of a gift for one of my employees that has been with our company for 45 years. As opposed to getting generic corporate style service awards I have chosen to purchase gifts that would be more personal to the individual employee. This particular employee is a big fan of the show Gun Smoke. This particular vest was very reminiscent of the one that James Arness wore in his iconic role as Marshal Dillon on that program. My ordering experience was very good and I received the vest in a very reasonable amount of time as I recall. The vest appeared to me to be of good quality and my employee seemed to like it very much.

Feb 09,2023We ordered a leather Santa jacket from the movie Spirited. When we received the jacket, the quality was great but the colors were off and it did not look like the jacket from the movie so we reached out to TLC and they addressed our concerns immediately. The communication was amazing! As soon as we sent them the tracking info for the jacket, we returned, they shipped us a replacement jacket & this time the colors were perfect. We were not able to wear it last year during the holidays as we ordered it too late but look forward to wearing during the holidays this year! Thank you!!!!

Feb 05,2023The quality of the Jacket once it arrived was brilliant and the price was fair. There was a few issues surrounding the authorisation of payments and delivery but the customer service team was excellent at sorting out the issues I had. I'd definitely buy from them again.

Feb 03,2023Great experience. Immediate contact from the seller confirming size and materials. Got the Ryan Reynolds "santa" jacket from Spirited. Will be wearing it annually for years to come. Pay attention to sizing charts - they are accurate but like others have mentioned the fit can be a little tricky (my jacket had perfect length sleeves but I wish it was a bit longer on the body.) Prices are good. Shipping was fast - even coming overseas.

Feb 02,2023I really like my jacket. I find the sleeves a little long for a small size, while the shoulders are a bit tight, but of course, everybody's measurements are different. I was pleased with the customer service as shipping information was sent to me promptly. I look forward to getting good use of my jacket.

Feb 02,2023The jacket is amazing! I bought it for my son in law and he loves it! It was his favorite birthday gift! He wears it practically every day. I definitely recommend The Leather City. Also, shipping was incredibly fast! I was worried when I saw that it was coming from Dubai, but it got here just as fast as if I had purchased it from the other side of the country. Very impressive product and shipping. I did have a question about how long it would take to receive because I needed it quickly, the customer service I received was most excellent. I will be purchasing from The Leather City again.
