Jan 31,2023I ordered the Kingsman Taron Egerton Orange Tuxedo for my son and I. It was delivered as ordered and with care. The jackets fit perfect as sized from the web. Customer service was amazing and reached out to me to confirm my sizing as I ordered an XL and XS. I am a stock 46 off the rack and the XL fit perfect. We wore on New Years Eve for a cruise vacation. There were many compliments to my son and I. Thank you for the great product and great service.

Jan 28,2023Although in the end I had to return the jacket I had bought for my wife, leather City were extremely helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. After returning the jacket once because I had completely misjudged the size.... Leather City were able to respond quickly, help me determine the correct size by sending several guides on how to measure, and let me exchange the jacket. The second jacket fit my wife but alas the surprise jacket was not to her specific liking.... Again leather City were positively helpful and allowed me to return the jacket with no fuss and put this whole buying clothes for woman fiasco behind us! All in all leather city are easily worth 5 stars for service.

The coat is way beyond my expectations and authentic to the original (which is exactly what I wanted :-) ) The service I received was immediate, pleasant and helpful . I would not hesitate to recommend and I have the say the size as per the guide is spot on.

Jan 21,2023The jacket was really good, it was a but squished in the packaging but after airing it out for a few days it got some shape back. My boyfriend really loves it and wears it most days. The only thing that we a bit surprising was that the white is very white. I think Leon's jacket looks more muted/yellow in game. Great fit, really warm and cosy. The fluffy parts are nice and soft. Generally good quality

We ordered a large it’s perfect fit my so who fits large UK clothes. It arrived in the time scale promised in time for Christmas thank you for the excellent service.

Jan 04,2023I place an order December 1st 2022 paid the additional money for expedited shipping and today I still have not received the item. In addition the tracking information is shady, item coming from Dubai to US to Germany and back to US this makes no sense, at any rate still haven't received item. Made several attempts to get a hold of merchant with no success. Used there website for refund but there website will not accept the order number, The Better Business Bureau has these same complaints from other costumers.

Dec 21,2022Jacket arrived super fast. Unfortunately, the size did not fit me very well. Costumer support was very helpful, promptly assisting me to get the right sizing and answering all my e-mails very quickly. The replacement was sent as soon as they received my return and it arrived super fast again. I am happy with the purchase and very satisfied with the costumer service provided.

Dec 14,2022I ordered a 3X and received a large jacket. I also ordered a 6X and received a 2X jacket. These sizes are not true to size, however the quality was exceptional. I ended up having to give both jackets away. They give a contact number but they can't be reached by that number. I even sent them pics of me per their request, and my true measurements and they still got it wrong. They do not make jackets true to size, at least not the Stephen A Smith Kobe Bryant Jacket.

Dec 09,2022I placed an order on Nov 18 2022 , they took the money out of my account the same day, even extra for expedited shipping. Here it is 12-9-2022 and I still have not got my order. I was hoping this would be a Christmas present, but I'm beginning to wonder now. If I've not received it very soon, I will be asking for my money back!

Dec 05,2022Update: The coat arrived later than promised, but it was exactly as described. The leather is top quality and the fur is perfect. The customer service followed up to make sure I ordered the right size. The coat is exactly what I hoped for, thank you. I am updating from a one star (see below) to a five star. Since our order has been delayed and we have not received the coat yet, I'm going to have to give you a single star rating. I would have given a better review if the order has been fulfilled prior to your request for feedback. Sure hope it arrives soon.
