Customer Service communicated with me each step of the way and even helped to correct a few measurement mistakes we made. I haven't received my merchandise yet, when i do I'll follow up on this review, however i gotta say that these guys have been on top of their gave when it comes to my measurements. I was outta town for a while and they were following up with me constantly in a non annoying way, about my measurements, to ensure they send the right size. Super understanding of my situation and very polite... so far (and again i haven't received the jacket just yet) I'm thrilled with their customer service. I can't wait to get the jacket to follow up on this review

Originally, I ordered to a size that was too small and they worked with me to replace it with the right size jacket.
