Apr 08,2022"Cal Kestis" poncho: gorgeous in person. Great quality, soft material, good, even stitching, cut well, great design, very durable and comfortable. Company was great about reaching out for sizing info and really did a good job fitting the poncho to my hard-to-fit husband. Shipped promptly with tracking information and arrived surprisingly fast. Well worth the investment. Would buy again (and in fact I have)!

Apr 08,2022Great experience! Called me up to discuss an order issue instead of waiting for email even though I was an international customer. Coat arrived in about a week, much faster than the indicated delivery time. Given the price I paid for the coat I was very impressed with quality of the materials and stitching! Will order again

Apr 05,2022Really nice coat and arrived before the estimated delivery date. Perfect fit and the leather is so nice. But the buttons are not well attached and so far have been lucky to find the ones that fall off. So best stop writing this and get back to going over each one and re stitching then get the missing ones put back on

I emailed and was promptly responded to, helped to ensure the replacement would fit and issued a new jacket within days. I’m very happy with the new size. It’s lovely these days to know that you are being helped by an actual person who cares, rather than a bot 👏😊

Mar 24,2022Even after my size was given to them mistakenly on my part, they made replacing my new coat very simple. Also worked very hard to ensure I was giving them the right revised sizes, and sure enough the replacement jacket fits beautifully, and I’m Wearing it on maybe the last cold day of the season and could be more warm and comfortable.

Mar 24,2022I was looking for a new jacket and found one I really liked. I was a bit uncertain due to having to order online from a different country but I couldn't be happier with my experience. I placed my order and was surprised to receive an email shortly after containing a size guide asking me to check the measurements and confirm I am happy with the size I ordered. After checking I actually needed a different size and this was no problem for them at all. They were very helpful and friendly, nothing seemed like too much trouble! My jacket arrived much quicker than I expected, fits perfectly, is top quality and exactly what I was looking for. Between the customer service, top quality product and reasonable pricing, I cannot recommend this company enough! I will definitely be returning to The Leather City when I am ready to purchase my next jacket. Thank you so much!

They went above and beyond to fix the issue in a timely manner no questions asked. Also, responded to my emails in a timely manner as well! No issues with communication! Mar 22,2022An Excellent Jacket I ordered the Firefly/Malcolm Reynolds Browncoat Jacket and i couldn't be happier with what I received. The jacket is of fine quality and actually exceeds what I expected. It arrived rapidly and unmarred and they were able to make an adjustment for me to the sleeves that turned out perfect. There's always a concern when ordering something like this online, it's hard to judge something when you cannot see it physically, but this experience was above-and-beyond and the team at The Leather City stayed in frequent contact with me throughout the process. Overall, there may not be a better word to describe this other than "Shiny!"

Mar 19,2022I had to order special sizing, which is always a risk. Not only did they double checked the measurements to be sure, I received the jacket way faster than expected. Upon trying it on. it fit perfectly. And the quality is far better than I expected it would be. Their professionalism and prompt service are beyond words. In the future they are my go to source. I'll now go to them for any special sizing jacks I need made!

Mar 15,2022I bought the Ford v Ferrari Carroll Shelby jacket, and it's incredible! The quality is very high, and it even comes with the hard-to-find "Shelby American" patch on the sleeve, just like in the movie. It's got slightly padded shoulders, which gives it a very cool fit. It's an awesome retro-looking jacket, but brand new! I'm 6'3" and 190 lbs. I ordered a medium, but I need to exchange it for a large, because it was a bit too snug and the sleeves were too short.

Mar 12,2022I bought the biker leather jacket that Olga Kurylenko wore in the movie, “The Courier.” I absolutely LOVE the jacket! I initially purchased 2 different sizes because I wasn’t sure which one was going to fit. Customer service reached out to me and helped me purchase the perfect fit. They even had mine tailored for me for no extra charge because my measurements for my shoulders were a little longer than the standard size. I received the jacket yesterday and the jacket fits perfectly! It’s such as gorgeous jacket. I love it! I’ll be ordering from them again soon. Thank you!

Apr 10,2022I ordered the “I don’t care “ jacket. The quality is excellent. The sizing was much smaller than US sizing. Be sure and use their measurements chart. It was easy to order and the communication was excellent. I will order again for sure.
