Customer service was fantastic—I was contacted about my height and the coat was customized (I am Short;) to me—which I really appreciated. It’s the perfect length. I can’t wait to order more and would give 100 stars if I could!!!💖

Feb 11,2022I purchased the Irina Shayk Brown Jacket, and the communication to ensure sizing was measured correctly before sending was a great customer service step. When I got the jacket it was immediately evident the quality of the real leather and stitching was what I would expect from a much more expensive piece... the jacket was gorgeous. However whilst the body fit was perfect the circumference of the arms was not big enough and the sleeves were just too tight. The patience and service i received to help me get a jacket that would fit, they happily let me return the jacket and then custom made one with wider arms and sent that to me. Wow, what amazing customer service, cannot fault them at all.

He plans on purchasing another one. Best experience from online shopping I have encountered in a very long time.

Feb 06,2022Mein Mann wünschte sich den Pullover, den Daniel Craig im neuen Bond trug. Hier wurden wir fündig! Trotz großer Entfernung war die Bestellung schnell da! (Zollgebühren von ca. 10€ wurden fällig.) Leider fiel der Pullover kleiner als erwartet aus. In langem Mailverkehr besprachen wir einen Umtausch in eine Größe größer. Der Service ist wirklich schnell und zuverlässig, nur leider nicht sehr konkret, weshalb wir viele Tage hin und her schrieben. Bei der Ersatzlieferung wurden erschreckende 40€ Zollgebühren fällig! Nach Beschwerde beim Service wurden diese aber prompt zurückerstattet. Leider gefällt der Pullover immer noch nicht, da er am Hals sehr eng anliegt. Eine weitere Rücksendung habe ich mir allerdings erspart, da nur weitere Versandkosten fällig werden. Fazit: Super Mailkontakt, sehr kulant, Produkt eher mittelmäßig.

Mar 10,2022I ordered a coat from here and did not receive it, when I contacted the company they went above and beyond to provide me with another coat as well as launched a complaint with the fedex company that "delivered" my package. When the company could not send a replacement in time for my husbands birthday they quickly refunded my money. This is the first time that I ever had a positive experience with a company when I did not get my merchandise. They stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. I would be happy to do business with them again as they went above and beyond to correct the mistake that was made.
