We at The Lounge Co. know what makes a great sofa. We’ve got the best furniture makers in the country for starters; we’re part of a group which includes Parker Knoll, G Plan and Duresta, and have been making fantastic quality sofas and chairs for decades - it’s safe to say we know our stuff. Our craftsmen have tested and tweaked every one of our twelve sofas and six chairs over and over again to get them just right. Our frames are thoroughly thought through, made in the UK and guaranteed for 10 years.

Mar 14,2023Very impressed with customer service from our visit to the Islington Store to choose a sofa set. This continued through the ordering process as we were regulars kept up to date with the manufacturing timelines and delivery date. It was available earlier than the quoted 16 weeks and there was no issue with storing it for us until we were ready. The delivery was also very well planned and communicated. I am delighted to say we now have a fanatic quality sofa set that we are very pleased with. We looked around at all the main retailers and thought Lounge Co were the best on choice, price and quality.

Mar 08,2023The purchase experience in the Chiswick shop was excellent. The communications online from the manufacturer were good. The products were delivered on-time and were as anticipated. The only reason not to give 5 stars was that the legs for the sofas got lost and when fedexed one week later still missed one central peg. However, this is being dealt with responsively.

I made the mistake of reading the reviews before my sofa arrived and because I had some confusing emails that lined up with what a small amount of people on trust pilot were saying I got negative and fearful, however the sofa arrived in perfect condition and I am very happy, also the delivery team Wincanton are amazing.

Feb 16,2023We have ordered a sofa with the team from the Islington branch. Mina and her colleagues were welcoming and super helpful. We made our order right away after sitting on the model we liked. The sofa came with the delivery team the day that was agreed, no delays. Guys brought it right into our living room and offered to assemble it, but I've done it myself as it was very easy, and pleasant as well :) Very happy with the sofa's quality, design, and comfort. It is really worth the money spent.

Feb 14,20235 yr old £1100 and very carefully maintained sofa has become very uncomfortable and not as advertised - ordered extra high seat height which has decreased dramatically since purchase to a point where even the fittest users struggle to get up.. Lounge co unable to help and upholsterer has told us any cushion replacement/adjustments will only give temporary fix. Really disappointing as previous DFS sofa cost fraction of the price and lasted years longer. Seems you do not get what you pay for in the sofa world. Response basically says sofa has reached its end of useful life. Will not waste money on supposed higher quality sofa in future.

Feb 14,2023We have two sofas and a footstool that we bought around 7 years ago from the lounge Co. We’ve had all covers off and washed them with no problems whatsoever. Spot cleaning them is also extremely easy and more than adequate for 99% of spillages. They look as great now as the day we bought them. All cushions can be rotated and are easy to reshape. Worth every single penny and highly recommend to anyone! Well done Lounge Co.

Jan 27,2023I bought 2 Joseph chairs from The Lounge Co. The order was delayed, but the communication throughout was really good, always getting a friendly and detailed email informing me of progress. When the chairs did arrive I was really pleased with the comfort and quality they are gorgeous. Will definitely use The Lounge Co again. Great service and great product.

The actual delivery team (from Wincanton) were also friendly and efficient. All in all, a really satisfactory experience from start to finish.
