Fantastic service from Momo at Lounge Co, Chiswick. From the moment we walked into the store he couldn't have been more helpful. He gave us space to browse but was readily available to answer our questions and give us great advice on seat fillings and fabrics. He listened to us and came up with some great suggestions for complimentary patterned fabrics for a chair. We felt under no pressure to buy there and then. By the time we got home Momo had sent an email with pictures of our chosen sofa and chair in the fabrics we had selected along with the price. He also gave us swatches of both materials to take home. This made it easy to make our final decision. We called Momo the following day, where he made the process of ordering the furniture so easy and quick. We can't wait for it to be delivered now! Well done Lounge Co and especially Momo you make excellent customer service look easy when so many others seem to find it so hard.

We visited your Islington shop having traveled from Bromley, south east London and was met by Meena Rahi. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. We were offered refreshment and asked what we were looking for. She then showed us around explaining about all the products. Then left us to look for ourselves for a while. Once we had decided on some sofas she got all the swatches and placed them on the sofas. Nothing was too much trouble for her she even arranged for us to park our car as parking is only limited to an hour. All in all she made it a very pleasant and stress free shopping experience. I will certainly recommend anyone looking for a sofa. The after care has also been good as we were looking at cushions in a certain style and pattern. Very quick next day response by email and Menna called us. Looking forward to receiving our sofas

I ordered my sofa in September and didn’t receive it until December. Apparently the sofa was ‘wrongly labelled’ resulting in delayed delivery by nearly 2 months. I was told no compensation is offered as it’s a fault of the warehouse and not The Lounge Co. Very disappointing customer service, with constant chasing for updates. Such a shame as the product is of good quality.
I have just returned from the Islington branch where I had such a fantastic experience. The showroom had all the sofa ranges and large colour swatches to help you choose the perfect colour and fabric. Olaf helped me so much to choose my new sofa - he was so patient and helpful and gave me lots of ideas. I even managed two visits in one day! Thank you so much Olaf - you were such a help today and I am going to order this weekend.
Love my new sofa, it’s so comfortable and great quality. Was a bit worried about delivery times as I read some bad reviews. However I was told 10 weeks in store when I ordered and it pretty much came on time, a few weeks before Christmas.
The pre sales was wonderful. It’s almost like that’s where all the money is spend. I say this because the after sale service is the worst I have ever received from a company! I brought my chair after the brexit, covid and the war and yet all these were excuses as to why my order was delayed by weeks. On occasions when I replied to the email thread the person replying didn’t even have the courtesy to read my email and replied with something completely relevant or something else that was holding the matter up! Now having had my chair for not ever 6 weeks wear and tear is being dramatically shown on the legs and the wood had even splintered! The delivery company didn’t fix the legs on properly and so they are now bend and misshapen. For a company promoting themselves as luxury this is by far the service I have received after many years of buying luxury products! I would not recommend to anyone
We ordered a sofa, footstool and side table in March. They finally completed our order 9 months later (after quoting us a delivery timetable of 4 months). The customer service was appalling - we were constantly given wrong information, not kept informed, etc.
Great sofa bed, very comfortable and easy to use. The service was very fast and professional. The sofa was delivered 2 weeks after, just before Christmas. Thank you so much

The delivery firm lost two halves of two sofas. One has subsequently been licated and delivered. The second has been lost and will have to be reordered resulting in an additional 2 month delay.

We have had sofas over the years, but the lounge company I found to be the best quality. Even though our order was late they kept us up to date with what was going on with our order and the sofa is of good quality. We love it!

Meena, OIav and Paulina from the Angel and Islington branch were so helpful and so nice I can't thank them enough. We are moving and needed a few items but didn't want a matching set. They took the colour of the room in to account as well light throughout the day, personal preferences for comfort and gave us so much of their time and ideas. They moved furniture around the store so we could really get a good idea of pairings, they got numerous samples out for us so we could get a really good idea of pairings. They did it all with genuine enthusiasm. They love what they do and we were so lucky to have such experts advise us. We're so happy with what we ended up with and are so excited for our items to arrive! Thank you!

Jan 23,2023I don't usually write good reviews for companies but felt compelled as Esther who was on the customer services team was really great and very responsive. I had multiple queries - e.g delivery, concerns about sofa not fitting through door, I had issues with the delivery team not showing up. Esther was super responsive, put my nerves at ease - chased the delivery team when i had problems + when the delivery team couldn't deliver, Esther processed the refund very quickly. Missing all four stars, as i wasn't quite so impressed with their delivery company Rhenus (didn't show up on the day, didn't even attempt bringing the sofa up to try!).
