We’ve got the best furniture makers in the country for starters; we’re part of a group which includes Parker Knoll, G Plan and Duresta, and have been making fantastic quality sofas and chairs for decades - it’s safe to say we know our stuff. Our craftsmen have tested and tweaked every one of our twelve sofas and six chairs over and over again to get them just right. Our frames are thoroughly thought through, made in the UK and guaranteed for 10 years.
Ordered a snuggler (Holly) and a sofa (Lola) and couldn’t be happier. They are both very comfortable and look beautiful. The staff in store (the chiswick store) were extremely helpful and knowledgable, they even let us bring our dog into the store and try sitting on the sofa - which tested the truth of the pet friendly fabrics! Only criticism is a long lead-time for delivery, but not dissimilar to other shops and definitely worth the wait. Whole family (including the dog) are extremely pleased with both items!

After 3 months waiting, our couch was delivered a couple of days ago. No one had warned us that this specific couch was delivered in 1 piece only. I called customer service and talked to a woman who advised that “all couches were delivered in 2 pieces” and that I should have known. Sadly, mine was delivered in 1 piece only and did not fit through the living room door.
7 months to make and deliver 2 sofa’s when making the purchase was advised it would be 3 months. One of the sofas is making a loud noise when sitting on it. Nice style and material.

Lounge Co. must stop lying to us customers and keep blaming Brexit, the war, covid and everything in between for its incompetence. I bought a sofa and a footstool on the 8th June 2022. Brexit, the war and covid were already a fact when they told me the goods would be ready for delivery 7 weeks later around the 27th July 2022. It’s the 26th August 2022 (11 weeks since the e-mail got sent) and the goods are still not ready.
Worst service I have experienced from any company ever. We ordered (and paid deposits on) 2 sofas and 2 armchairs in early January and were told that there was an 8 week lead time. Almost 8 months later they have still not arrived. The relatively short lead time for sofas was a selling point and one of the reasons we chose the Lounge Co. We have had lots of excuses - blaming “the supplier” and no ownership of the issue. They did offer us a discount as dates have moved several times but as of today they still can’t give us any indication as to when the products will be available. So we have cancelled. Nice people but no ownership of the customer relationship and incompetence when it comes to supply chain management and now we are back to square one when it comes to buying sofas (in an inflationary environment). The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating.
Ordered the Rose sofa online on 5/6/22, the website stated that it should be delivered within 7 weeks. 7weeks later we had not had any communication from The Lounge Co. Sent an email to customer services to enquire when it would be delivered. I was informed that the fabric that I have chosen wasn’t expected to come back into stock until mid September! They apologised for the lack of communication and said I should have been informed. Cancelled my order. Would not recommend.
Really pleased with the sofas we ordered when we received them. Build quality and appearance seem first rate and as we had hoped for. Unfortunately, due to world events we presume, we experienced a seven month wait and two delivery cancellations before receiving them which resulted in us sitting on garden furniture in our lounge for four months and kind of took the gloss off the experience 🙁 The Lounge Co sort of kept us up to date as to the delays which we think were due to circumstances beyond their control. The sofas are great though and the delivery service (eventually) first rate.
What a fantastic store! Visited the Chiswick store and bought 2 Joseph chairs. We loved them so much, we went back for another one. Staff were very welcoming and provided swatches so we could decide at home. I highly recommend this company :)
Excellent sofa bed purchased from the Chiswick store. So very comfortable and easy to put up and down. All our visitors super impressed with the quality and comfort, as well as the size. So clever. The staff were very helpful and gave the best advice.
4 piece sofa was ordered and then additional order for footstool and cushions, sofa was delivered around the estimated time but feet attached so made delivered slightly harder. Footstool and cushions were delayed 2 times after delivery dates were confirmed via 3rd party. Additional purchased cushions do not match the sofa as piping is not on them but are on the ones included with the sofa. Once ordered on website it’s like a ghost town, no updates provided until very last minute. Quality is good, fabrics are good quality, you do get a slight plastic noise from the inner materials.
Had bought a Lounge Co sofa from Furniture Village back in March and an armchair direct from Lounge Co a few months later. We decided we wanted another armchair but wanted to try it out in person so went to Stokers in Chester. Mark in the shop was very helpful but the system wouldn’t let me log on as an existing customer so had to input all my details - wasn’t a major issue as got the order sorted in the end but took twice as long as it should’ve done. Don’t know if this was due to Lounge Co system or if it was because it was done via Stokers. Saying all that we love our sofa and Lounge Co are great at communicating. Can’t wait until we get our new chair!
Helpful staff, good to see all the sofas in one place and huge swatches which was brilliant. Would definitely recommend a visit to one of your stores.
I would not recommend this company at all. Initially we were told 10 weeks, then another month, then another month until 7 half months later the sofa arrived! The manager agreed after the sofa was delivered she would call to discuss the whole mess, but having now sent 3 emails and tried to call I have heard nothing at all
From ordering material samples, to receiving the actual sofas, everything has been so easy, and straightforward. We are SO happy with the sofas, they are exactly what we wanted, and look so very expensive. They are very comfortable, yet firm, and look fantastic. We were kept informed at every step of the process, and even the delivery firm used (Wincanton), kept us up to date with the progress. I will definitely be recommending The Lounge Co. To friends and family!
I can only speak for The Lounge Co., Islington and the welcoming service I received from Paulina and Glenn. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They answered my endless questions and queries and made suggestions which I had not thought of. Most importantly, it was service with a smile.
Highly recommend The Lounge Co. It has a really good selection of styles and fabrics. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Managed to secure a great bargain when the showroom was having a change around and thus selling some of their stock at a fantastic discount.
I order x4 pillows to match my new sofa and took up to 4months and constant emails to receive. Customer service did everything they could but said it was the manufacturers delay. Once they arrived I loved them, great quality and match perfectly. Very happy with the quality but the delay was frustrating.
