Our craftsmen have tested and tweaked every one of our twelve sofas and six chairs over and over again to get them just right. Our frames are thoroughly thought through, made in the UK and guaranteed for 10 years.
We were told our sofa and chair would be delivered within 10 weeks absolute max. They took over 4 months - no explanation given. Otherwise fine.
The furniture itself is fantastic can’t recommend it enough. The customer service is absolutely disgustingly bad. Was told it would take sixteen weeks for furniture to come,ok,fair enough, this is the world we live in these days. Week 16 we give away our old furniture and re-decorate our a Sitting room,in anticipation of a phone call for us to book a delivery, Nothing,absolutely no contact,nothing, We contact them week 26, to be told we’re having problems sourcing material, but your order is a matter of urgency,week number 32, they deliver 1 sofa not 2, we call them ask them what has happened, and an hour later they say they have lost our sofa, they eventually deliver another sofa four weeks later,this time still have not delivered our sofas cushions, It is eight months since we fully paid and placed our order and we are still awaiting for them to complete the order, No sign of a proper apology they always uninterested Poor poor poor
We ordered the midnight indigo Imogen corner sofa with additional centre unit and footstool. Really good product, looks beautiful and good value for money. There were issues with the delivery timeline which caused some frustration as it took longer than expected. However the team at The Lounge Co managed the situation exceptionally. So all things considered I would definitely recommend them.
Avoid this shambles of company unless you're prepared to wait much longer than the estimated delivery date and to be messed about. We ordered our sofa back in February and was given a May delivery date, but it's now July now and we still haven't received it. I understand delays can happen, but this is an unacceptable period of time to be left stuck in limbo because the communication and management is terrible. So far we've had two false delivery slots booked in, only to be informed on very short notice that these were incorrect on both occasions. A few days before the orginal scheduled delivery date, we sold our old sofa to make room for the new one, only to be left completly sofa-less for weeks now. On the second scheduled delivery date, I arranged time off work to take delivery and was told at 4pm the day before it wasnt going ahead. The courier did actually turn up at my door, even though it was cancelled, but they didn't have the sofa on the lorry - an absolute joke. A waste of my time and thiers. I've been told by one person there is a problem with suppliers and the sofa hasn't been built yet, then I've been told by another person that it is ready but has been sitting in the warehouse for weeks. I'm still not sure which is correct. We've been waiting 18 weeks and counting now for our sofa, and the last 6 of those we've been waiting for them to confirm a new delivery date, but they still can't tell us. Update: we did eventually get our sofa after 20 weeks and can't fault the quality and comfort. The delivery men were also great. So changing from 1 to 2 stars.
Great sofas, and great customer service too! One of our items came with a mark, and they sent round someone to sort it really quickly and easily. Really fast customer service, and really beautiful items. Would buy from again if I ever need another sofa!

I am sure the sofa is going to be great......when, or if it ever arrives. Judging by the rest of the reviews on here I am not holding out much hope. Sofa ordered in early Feb, 10-12 week wait with delivery arranged for mid May. We got rid of our old sofa in preparation only to have our delivery cancelled. WE then had to chase Lounge for an update as Wincanton the delivery company stated it was "ready for delivery". When we finally got someone to answer at Lounge we were told production hadn't started yet. We have been told they don't know when it will be ready but likely not until July or August due to issues with fabric. I completely appreciate there are global supply issues as Lounge seem to be responding to all these comments with, but the seemingly zero info about the order until we chased is terrible customer service...... and has resulted in us having nothing to sit on in our living room for what will probably be 3 months. Over £1300 for no product and this service is not on..... and what really gets me is they are still advertising the very same sofa with a 10-12 week wait on the website. I would perhaps suggest at least adjusting this to manage expectations of any future customers you have. Not that I will be recommending this company to anyone I know.

Ordered 4 extra cushions. My only gripe is the took as long to deliver as the original sofa, about 3-4 months! Also the material in the cushions were different from the original 2 that came free with the sofa.
Adding our order to the ever growing list of unhappy customers that feel let down. Ordered a chaise end sofa and foot stool with an expected 10 week dispatch. We had booked a delivery date with their delivery supplier (Wincanton) and shortly before delivery were notified of a 6 week delay and that production was yet to start. Every customer service agent gave us a different reason - ‘systems error’, issue ordering the chaise end, issue with the fabric supply, issue with the dye, issue transferring certain designs to new supply line (take your pick!). I was given assurances that our sofa would arrive at the new date 2 weeks ago but we have now been given another delay - the reason given this time was supposedly due to a planned factory shut down that wasn’t accounted for in the estimated dates. At time of writing I’ve got no new delivery estimate at all as they can’t make guarantees of dispatch and there is a shortage of dates with wincanton it seems. Ultimately we went with Lounge Co as they were cheaper than Loaf despite us having a flawless experience with Loaf before (particular note to the quick delivery turn around when leaving factory via courier to customer and not this bizarre backwards logistics system they have with Wincanton. Time to catch up Lounge Co.) Wouldn’t order again, wouldn’t recommend and think carefully before ordering no matter how tempting that sale and promised dispatch date is.
I purchased the Paloma 4 seater and also 2 seater sofa about 4 years ago. These are the most uncomfortable sofas I have ever bought, with the base cushions on the 4 seater impossible to plump up as they are so large, this seems like a design flaw. I would not buy again from this company.
The lounge co have a fantastic customer service department, especially Esther, who was very patient and kind, I actually felt sorry for her in the end, I can’t imagine the amount of grief she must have to deal with! She was very supportive and arrange some £ off with the managers. So I wanted a new sofa in time for Christmas, looked around July/august time & placed my order on 2nd September, well within 16week delivery time for Christmas, which was what I was told the lead time for Christmas delivery was. I enquired about a delivery date early December, to be told that Christmas deliveries where only taken until 31st of august and mine would be January, latest February…! With an awful lot of emails, possible months it might arrive, I eventually received my sofa in May, 9 MONTHS after placing the order & no it wasn’t a ‘special order’ or unusual material!!! Shocking… I ordered cushions too & they came two weeks later, although I was told everything would come at the same time! Awful company doing their deliveries, Wincanton, I received an email saying it would arrive between 5-7pm, then at midday a phone call to say they were 30mins away & would only wait 15mins before leaving with my delivery, so had to leave work, which if I’d known beforehand would have been a lot better to plan around. We are pleased with the sofa, worth the hassle & 9 months of wait? No. Plenty of other companies out there with equally nice sofas too.

Made an order for 2 chairs in February, still waiting for them to arrive. Apparently one chair has been lost! I made an order for a sofa in January, it arrived at the end of May. Nobody from the Lounge Co keeps in touch. After the Lounge Co arranged the delivery of the chairs, Wincanton, the delivery company rang me the night before to say the chairs weren't coming. The Lounge Co have been very poor at keeping me updated, they don't call me, always me chasing them. Update (25/09/22) from my last review on the 7th June, still waiting for a missing chair ordered in February. I'm starting to doubt the furniture is made in the UK.
Been waiting 6 months for my sofa and delivery keeps getting cancelled. Can’t comment on the quality because I’ve never actually seen or sat on the sofa I paid for AT CHRISTMAS. AVOID - I am currently trying to cancel the order and get a refund.
We ordered a corner sofa and two leather chairs on Boxing Day, both with an estimate of 12 weeks until delivery. It's now been over 23 weeks and they still have no idea when we should expect delivery because the manufacturer can't get hold of the leather. For the last two months we've been told it should be with us within four weeks but we're actually no closer as neither have started the manufacture process. They really have no clue what's going on as it's all in the hands of another company. Apparently the leather is the issue but they refuse to begin production on the fabric sofa as it's all planned to be made together. Zero customer service. It's been a massive waste of time and a huge inconvenience as we're in a new home and haven't been able to use the lounge. We will be cancelling our order once we've found a company that is able to supply sofas and chairs.
Love the sofa. The excessive delay and complete lack of pro-active communication regarding it was totally unacceptable. Would not buy from Longe again.

Jul 13,2022Terrible experience . Waited loads of weeks later then original delivery date. Chairs damaged when delivered . Looks like glue was spilled on it. Don’t know how it was wrapped when these stains on it. Quality control was very disappointing. When spoke to customer service they were very polite but it was well we can’t do anything about the delay in delivery. Have agreed to change the chairs but again have to wait 16 weeks for delivery.
