We’ve got the best furniture makers in the country for starters; we’re part of a group which includes Parker Knoll, G Plan and Duresta, and have been making fantastic quality sofas and chairs for decades - it’s safe to say we know our stuff. Our craftsmen have tested and tweaked every one of our twelve sofas and six chairs over and over again to get them just right. Nov 02,2020We were supposed to receive our sofa on the 26th of October. The delivery drivers had notified me the bottom of the corner piece of the sofa was soaked in water all the way up to just below the seat cushions. I refused delivery as I couldn't get through to customer services to come to a resolution at 4 in the afternoon and the delivery company could not wait anymore. In fact I have never managed to get through to customer services on the number on the site only the answer phone. Also online chat is always never available. I have no responses to email either. An hour after the delivery company left customer services did call me to advise I could have the sofa redelivered and a technician will come and inspect the damage. Unfortunately I do not want to be at the mercy of a technician deciding whether they think there is a problem with my brand new sofa given most likely this has been sitting in dirty water and you can't see the damage to the frame behind the fabric. I was also initially offered the simple resolution of just taking a refund after waiting 2 months for a sofa. Customer service agreed that I could take delivery and the corner piece would be re-made from the same batch of fabric and delivered when ready which sounded like a good resolution and they would get back to me on Wednesday when the sofa would be most likely be booked back into the depo. I have since chased this twice on email (28/10 & 30/10) to customer services with no response. I have called customer services today the 02/11 which always goes through to Chiswick branch not customer services. Having checked the notes there it turns out that there are no notes agreeing to replace the corner piece and I can take delivery but a technician will again decide whether they think there is damage to the sofa, but not to worry as it is aqua clean fabric so sitting in dirty water would just wipe off ?? I have also been told now that I need to book the re-delivery of the sofa myself as I guess it is now my problem to own, but I can't because what we agreed over the phone doesn't match the notes made on the system and I can't get through to customer services to do anything. I'm sure this is an ok company if nothing goes wrong but otherwise good luck no one will respond ..

Nov 02,2020Brilliant company from start to finish. Efficient, polite, delivered without any issues whatsoever. Sofa is soooo comfy that I’ve fallen asleep on it 3 times in less than 2 weeks. Had loads of comments on how gorgeous the sofa looks too. Highly recommend!

Nov 01,2020Purchased 2 chairs. One delivered prior to lockdown and one when restrictions eased. Delivery teams were efficient and courteous on both occasions. Pleased with the chairs. Only downside is that the application of the advertised discounts was a bit hit and miss, but eventually sorted out.
