We at The Lounge Co. know what makes a great sofa. We’ve got the best furniture makers in the country for starters; we’re part of a group which includes Parker Knoll, G Plan and Duresta, and have been making fantastic quality sofas and chairs for decades - it’s safe to say we know our stuff. Our craftsmen have tested and tweaked every one of our twelve sofas and six chairs over and over again to get them just right. Our frames are thoroughly thought through, made in the UK and guaranteed for 10 years.

Jan 07,2021Ordered Briony 3 seat sofa online just prior to Christmas. Sofa arrived on time, and is fabulous. Exactly what I was expecting. Fabric is beautiful in colour and feel, quality of sofa perfect and it is so comfortable. I would recommend.

Jan 07,2021So pleased with my Lounge Co sofa! So comfortable and great quality material. Was promised pre Christmas delivery and this promise was kept. Had an issue with the outsourced delivery team marking one cushion when bringing it into my home but the Lounge Co were so helpful and booked a paid for a professional upholstery cleaner to come to my home and clean it free of charge. Always got through on the phone very quickly and the staff were always really helpful, for example keeping me up to date on the progress of it being made. Would 100% recommend!

Jan 07,2021Damage to common parts during delivery process. Told to try to fix it with sugar soap. It didn't work. Poorly upholstered sofa with fabric hanging loose. Poor quality control issues. Attempted to raise this with your Chiswick branch but so far unable to raise anyone (this began before lockdown).

Jan 07,2021One of the modules does not connect to the other modules which is a QA issue and as much as we love the sofa it is v disappointing to spend over £2K and not getting a functional sofa.

Jan 07,2021The sofa was guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas when we purchased it in September. We were very disappointed when we were contacted with a delivery date of 30th December. After a few calls the dates were changed to just before Christmas. It would have been a better experience if the Lounge Co had honoured their original promise in the first place.

Jan 06,2021Great customer service I was concerned we were not going to receive this sofa in time for Xmas and considering we just purchased off the website back in September and never sat on it, we are so pleased with the quality of it. I phoned customer service to check and they doubted we would get it in time, but they pulled out all the stops and kept me updated as to the progress of my sofa. Highly Recommend.

Jan 01,2021The seating stuffing is incorrect and very uncomfortable which we have to endure for 2 months before they are able to change it. Incredibly disappointing as spoilt our experience of the sofa.

Dec 25,2020We love our couch! Much bigger than our last one so we may be biased and it is much comfier. Only criticisms I could give is the back of the couch feels a bit too easy to break, like if I fell into it my foot would go through it and the gaps between the cushions.
