We at The Lounge Co. know what makes a great sofa. We’ve got the best furniture makers in the country for starters; we’re part of a group which includes Parker Knoll, G Plan and Duresta, and have been making fantastic quality sofas and chairs for decades - it’s safe to say we know our stuff. Our craftsmen have tested and tweaked every one of our twelve sofas and six chairs over and over again to get them just right. Our frames are thoroughly thought through, made in the UK and guaranteed for 10 years.

Thoroughly effortless & enjoyable. The furniture looks fantastic, and is unbelievably confortable - We could not be happier with our order. We chose the 'Rose' model, and it has surpassed our (already high) expectations in terms of the build quality, looks and elegance! Extremely pleased. The delivery team arrived promptly and well within the prescribed timeslot. The team manoeuvred the furniture into the desired location, unpackaged and installed it, and then took away all of the packaging to be recycled. Very friendly & efficient. Sep 24,2020I ordered the beautiful hummingbird cushion , it was reduced a bit since I bought the last one which was a bonus. Fabric is very good thick quality , cushion a good size with the right amount of filling. Service good , I’m very pleased.

Sep 23,2020i purchased the Sophia sofa and i am very happy with shape colour fabric etc the only downside is that the seat cushions should have been feather not fibre , the fibremakes the sofa appear cheap

That said, once I was dealing with \The Lounge Co. the service was excellent and they went out of their way to help me and I would certainly be happy to deal with The Lounge Co. direct with any future purchase.

Sep 22,2020I am delighted with my Rosa sofa. Its so comfy and looks fabulous. The paradise bird cushions and chair are beautiful and admired by all. The waiting time was 12 weeks but worth the wait. The delivery was stress free and they took away the packaging and assembled to sofa.

Sep 22,2020Service was good, although getting someone from customer services could be tricky as they seem to have their own rules on opening hours. A set of legs was missing on arrival but this was rectified quickly, would’ve been nice to have been offered a free cushion as recompense Love the sofa

We were also very impressed with the communications regarding delivery dates and times which made everything a lot easier to plan.

Sep 21,2020I was served at the flagship store at Chiswick after lockdowns and the staff were really lovely. Helpful pleasant and totally understanding of how important a purchase like this is. They helped me pick the right couch and fabric for me and I'm very grateful! I picked the Holly couch in soft velvet and it's the best thing ever. The fabric is so delightfully soft and you can't get enough of the couch. The couch retains its shape without constant fluffing which is super and yet not stiff at all! Decided against the family friendly fabric as that would take away some of the softness. Went for the insurance option instead and should I need it I hope I am not let down. Other than that I highly recommend the Holly chaise. 3 weeks since I've had the sofa and still blown away by how amazing it feels to sit on!

Sep 18,2020Exceeded our expectations! We have bought from the Lounge company in the past and second time around our experience was even better. Having not been able to try our new sofas in a store due to lockdown and ordering via their website we hoped that they would be every inch as stylish and durable. We bought 2 melody sofas, cushions and a footstool. They’re very comfy but firm and the perfect height. Delivered in 12 weeks as promised and the team at the lounge company kept us informed throughout the process. Delivery was excellent and exceeded expectations as the team were able to unpack and fit the feet, despite us being advised this would not be the case. First class service and first class Sofas, excellent value for money and we know from our previous purchase they will last. Can’t recommend the lounge company highly enough.

Sep 17,2020Excellent level of service from the Lounge Co showroom. All the sofas were available to see and try out and all fabric samples were readily available to take away. The quality of the frames and cushions were very good and choice of filling on most of the range. Ordering our choice of sofa couldn't have been easier. Their online website was easy to use and options on payments meant you could spread the cost. Email communications were quick and efficient. We received a delivery date very quickly after ordering. The delivery time was shorter than we were expecting which was good and we were offered a time slot a few days before delivery. The whole experience was very customer focused and efficient.

Sep 02,2020Our Sofa was delivered faulty, you can’t speak to customer services only email which we did and still have received a response in over a week. We chase the store and they said customer service is busy and they will come respond as soon as they can. Very poor show to be hinest
