We at The Lounge Co. know what makes a great sofa. We’ve got the best furniture makers in the country for starters; we’re part of a group which includes Parker Knoll, G Plan and Duresta, and have been making fantastic quality sofas and chairs for decades - it’s safe to say we know our stuff. Our craftsmen have tested and tweaked every one of our twelve sofas and six chairs over and over again to get them just right. Our frames are thoroughly thought through, made in the UK and guaranteed for 10 years.

Having bought them online during lock down I wasn’t sure what they would be like but they are amazing the colour was true to the photos online and they are so comfortable. I love them! Sadly the delivery company The Lounge Co contract to weren’t quite as good but Jaye in Customer Service at The Lounge Co went above and beyond to sort out the issue. I cannot praise him enough and I would highly recommended The Longe Co if you are thinking of buying new sofas.

Oct 12,2020Sofa arrived with lumpy cushions - overstuffed in some places and under stuffed in others There is only 1 clip holding the two halves together so the sofa snakes and moves independently of each half The sofa came with a large branded metal plaque fixed on the side bearing the lounge co name - I’ve never seen this before and wasn’t expecting it I have sent the sofa back - just awful quality for the price

Oct 12,2020Loving our new sofa. The 9 week wait seemed forever, but given the status of the world, wasn't actually bad at all. Communication was great, delivery was great, and the sofa itself is as comfy a we hoped. The only challenge we have now is actually getting off of it :)

Oct 02,2020if you're thinking of getting a loaf sofa just get one from Lounge Co! They're amazing and represent great value for money They were great from start to finish. The first time we visited their website, to us visiting the Chiswick branch to try out the sofas and choose fabrics etc and us purchasing online to us receiving the sofa. They seem to be of great quality so far and changing address for delivery was no issue at all, as was the delivery dates. Thanks again!
