We at The Lounge Co. know what makes a great sofa. We’ve got the best furniture makers in the country for starters; we’re part of a group which includes Parker Knoll, G Plan and Duresta, and have been making fantastic quality sofas and chairs for decades - it’s safe to say we know our stuff. Our craftsmen have tested and tweaked every one of our twelve sofas and six chairs over and over again to get them just right. Our frames are thoroughly thought through, made in the UK and guaranteed for 10 years.

Jul 07,2020After months of searching for the perfect sofa I eventually purchased the 4 seater Phoebe. It was scheduled to arrive during lockdown so there was a small delay but I was kept updated and it was delivered safely at a slightly later date. Couldn’t be happier with the sofa, it is sturdy yet squishy. Great service and quality.

Jun 26,2020We did a lot of research before buying 2 sofas from the Lounge co. They arrived in February just before the lockdown period but they had dirty marks in several places. The company arranged a courier to collect the two sofas and offered us a refund. Whilst we accept the difficulty of collections during the lockdown the company is still refusing to resolve the issue or give.us a refund. There is no way to telephone them at present. We are really disappointed with the way our complaint has been handled and there is no way to escalate it. Cannot recommend the Lounge co. Grubby sofas due to poor packaging in transit and awful customer service.

Apr 18,2020Lucky enough to try the Sofa at Julian Foye St Austell showroom. Although placed order on line. Very happy with comfort quality and colour /material. The Phoebe sofa in midnight velvet is very stylish. Speedy delivery hassle free purchase.

Apr 10,2020The delivery men were very polite. Unfortunately they could not get my sofa into the room,but they gave me tips on how to manoeuvre it into the room after I moved a large piece of furniture. After following the advice the sofa was put into the room.

Apr 10,2020We needed to return our original order and place a new order due to a misunderstanding on dimensions. The Lounge Co. took the first sofa back no questions asked, and ordered the new sofa no problem. Delivery staff for both the first and second deliveries we friendly, fast, and efficient (the first delivery also removed our old sofa, which was no easy task). No hesitation in recommending, and would definitely use again.

Apr 08,2020unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the sofa. We were recommended to have the foam wrapped with feathers and it is very uncomfortable. Solid as a rock. We spent ages sitting on various sofa's. Feel we have been sold a dud. Have tried to return but in the current market not possible. A large elephant in the room!!

Apr 02,2020Really great service with the Lounge Co. from start to finish, and we now have comfy and brilliant quality sofas as a result. There was one slight issue with the delivery where a travel foot on one of the sofas could not be removed. This however, was resolved very quickly by customer services. Overall, the sales staff, delivery guys and customer services were friendly and helpful with plenty of knowledge to guide us in making the right decisions.
