Apr 12,2017Great service and communication, reminders really help. A little discomfort in the beginning but that's to be expected, once you get over the first few weeks you don't even know you have the retainers in. Starting to see the changes already after 12 weeks 😀

Feb 09,2017I recently completed my Invisalign treatment at Mismile Birmingham. I'm so happy I did it. It was something I'd been thinking about for a while as I've hated my smile since as far back as I can remember, but just kept putting it off. I saw an offer on facebook did a bit of research into how experienced Mismile are and thought it was a sign so took the plunge. Now I love my smile, I get compliments about my teeth all the time. The staff were fantastic, Oliver my dentist was extremely knowledgable, kind and patient. Andrea my treatment coordinator was always on hand for any issues or questions.

Sep 26,2016I was apprehensive about having my teeth altered as an adult. My initial consultation put me at ease and it was so much easier than I thought. It didn't take much effort from me and that's exactly what I wanted as I'm so busy. It was easy to make and change appointments. The quality of the service and products was great. Thank you. I am really happy with my new look teeth.

Sep 24,2016I can safely say this was the best decision I have made. I was a little worried about how much it would cost me but did it on finance and it was amazing. So happy with my results! Sounds cheesey but honestly can't say enough how much it has changed my life. I'm more confident and happy with myself, I feel completely different and never thought I would smile as much as I do. Some days can be painful and you just wanna give up but you just stick with it and results are unreal!

Now that I have finished treatment, I am SO happy that I went ahead. The results are amazing. My teeth look fantastic, I smile from ear to ear, and people notice the difference in my confidence. Sep 22,2016From the consultation until the end of my invisalign journey, the service was excellent. My only fault is that the retainers after you are finished with your treatment are very cheap and break easily and they costs 50 pounds per arch to replace them. I find it very strange that the invisalign are so sturdy yet the retainers were so fragile/brittle. I ended up spending more money than expected to get a permanent retainer

Sep 21,2016I recently completed my invisalign treatment at MiSmile in Birmingham New Street and couldn't be happier! The staff were always on hand to answer any questions and I felt like I was involved in the treatment and kept informed about everything at every step. The treatment took exactly the same length of time as they said it would meaning my new smile was ready for my wedding. Thanks guys you're amazing!!

All my family and friends have noticed the change in me, to say it has just boosted my confidence would be an understatement !!! The professional service from MiSmile was next to none .

Sep 21,2016I literally can't stop smiling! Invisalign has been amazing and the skill, care and attention received from MiSmile has been outstanding. I was always conscious of my crooked teeth and would find myself trying to hide my teeth. It is completely the opposite way now. Really happy!

Sep 20,2016My experience was terrible. I paid thousands outright convinced by a lying practitioner who told me that my military career would not be a conflict to the success of invisalign. He said not only had he successfully treated numerous military people without the need to see them during the process and that he could just send me the next braces if I were posted abroad/ on ships away and that they would still work. Complete lie!!! They do not work without regular filing of teeth to make room for movement. They also do NOT work if the dentist does not move notches when required either and so I found myself deployed and unable to use the next set for months and had to give up as current set started to break following over use (much more than 2 weeks). My dentist lied repeatedly and blamed me, he also charged me extra to re-start the process. He AGAIN didn't file enough between my teeth for me to progress with wearing the new sets (a fact confirmed by my new dentist who used to do invisaligns but stopped because they rarely worked) so now years later I still have wonky teeth but my pocket us significantly lighter. I am also annoyed with you directly as I emailed asking to switch to another dentist for treatment and you ignored my request entirely. So you wanted an honest opinion - the product is poor, ineffective and sold under false pretence, the expenses is high, and the service by both dental practitioner and Invisalign is terrible.
