Having only uploaded my photos to be examined just over a week ago I am astounded at how swiftly and smoothly the process has been. I have had a telephone consultation with Dr Umar where the whole plan was explained thoroughly and we discussed the best treatment to suit my needs. After deciding this was something I would like to go ahead with the receptionist Lyndsey called me the same day to tailor a payment plan that would suit me and booked me in for my first face to face appointment. So far so good! Friendly people who made me feel at ease and in absolute control of my treatment. Looking forward to beginning my invisalign journey with a fantastic team to see me through to the end

So far so good yet to actually have my retainers fitted but my dentist has made me feel at ease and look forward to the results roll on February

Fantastic experience. Everything was explained and all questions answered really well. Staff are very friendly and made it very easy to understand the prosess. They also keep in touch with you to let you know the next step.

So far so good!! I'm looking to get invisiline and contacted MiSmile in Birmingham. Everything so far has been absolutely brillant, Pam @ Birmingham is an absolute gem and all the staff there make you feel so welcoming and so helpful!! I'm so glad I went with MiSmile to help my smile! x x

I have always had a big fear of the dentist after a bad experience else where however the moment I came to the fresh smile clinic I was made to feel welcome, relaxed and it was completely pain and fear free! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back if I needed more work doing even though it’s an hours drive away! It’s definitely worth it for the professional staff that work here!

Martina was professional and explained the treatment thoroughly. There was no pressure at any point throughout the consultations and I felt at any point could ask any questions that arose. Will definitely be recommending.

Just had my 2nd appointment, and I can’t fault the experience so far. The staff at MapleLeaf have been nothing short of excellent. Explaining everything throughly, quick to respond to any further questions, given me a timeline, and have been both professional and friendly throughout. They make me even more excited to engage with the treatment process. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, they made me feel totally at easy using PPE for themselves, and hand sanitiser, temperature checks, social distancing measures, and staggered appointments for patients.
