Sep 19,2016The whole experience has been absolutely fantastic... The whole team from the reception to all the dental professionals create an easy and comfortable environment as soon as you go in. The whole process has been well explained and supported... Appointments are easy to arrange and reschedule... No fuss My treatment was over but I wasn't completely satisfied on my final consultation I told my consultant and he scanned my mouth again and sent off for more aligners... I would recommend it to anyone thinking of bettering their teeth... Their smile... Go in get a consultation you won't be disappointed.

Sep 19,2016I had a lovely experience to begin with and was over joyed with my immediate results. However when the finalisation was due to Complete, i was quite poorly and was not in a great place. I had to cancel my appointment and asked for a new one to be sent to me. Getting over my problem was huge for me, the collection of my retainer had slipped my mind and i never did receive that appointment. When i remembered and was feeling myself, i contacted the dentist again, to my horror they had disposed of my Retainer.. Reuslting in my teeth moving back to square one. I feel the care I recieved was below average diring this difficult time and this had resulted in me being once again unhappy with my smile and wasting alot of money looking back now. :( Was such a disappointment as the staff really were fantastic to begin with!

Sep 19,2016I loved the treatment, payment convenience and the results are absolutely amazing. I can't stop smiling, where as before i was a little hesitant to do so. I think i smile more than i need to now. :) Definately a 5 star +.

Sep 19,2016I had pondered for a few years as to whether I should really bother with teeth straightening as I am in my forties. So far my invisalign journey as been working very well and I'm so glad that I did it. I've always received an excellent service at the clinc from both the administrative staff and the dentists and I am really looking forward to the end results which are now not that far away. I had 23 trays and 9 trays of refinements. I have a job where I spend my days speaking to large audiences of adults and it has made a world of difference to my confidence when I work and of course smile...

Sep 19,2016I was quoted 6-9 months max but after 19 months I am still waiting for my final adjustments (another 12 weeks needed). I was told I'd have minimal attachments - I have 14. I was told I'd have no gap (voids where gumline doesn't fill the gap caused by moving teeth) - I have 7 gaps around my front top and bottom teeth. I've had delays of over 3 to get a new clincheck and retainers ordered and had to hound the surgery to get it sorted. The focus is on the front 8 top and bottom teeth only and I was told this would not be the case. I'd have preferred normal wired braces in hindsight.

Sep 14,2016As a receptionist I was concious of my smile. I chose the Invisalign system as it was near enough invisible. The team is fantastic at the practice, they cater to your individual needs and so helpful answered any questions I had before and during the treatment. I would highly recommend Higgins & Winter Dental Practice to anyone.

Aug 19,2016For many years I'd been embarrassed to smile unless in front of friends that knew me well. With a large gap in the upper front teeth and inherited gum disease I was beginning to think that I would inevitably end up with having the lot out and resorting to dentures. Thankfully, Erica at Much Hadham Dental practice had another solution - Invasalign. At first the total cost seemed daunting but after spending a few months reading both pros & cons, the initial outlay warranted me feeling better about myself. The process has been longer than anticipated but I really don't mind & rarely notice that I have a brace as the long term results are of the upmost importance to me and am happy for it continue for as long as it takes. I am now on my last trays and look forward to revealing the ultimate outcome within a couple of months. To regain confidence, socially & personally, I would advise anyone with doubts to not hold back, go for it!!

The team in Birmingham are incredibly friendly and throughout the treatment I always felt I could ask questions and that I was receiving honest answers. I genuinely could not recommend MiSmile and New Street Dental enough.

Jun 15,2016From my initial contact with MiSmile I knew I had chosen the right clinic. They were informative, friendly and really put my mind at ease. Having spent years being embarrassed by my smile I only wish I'd discovered them sooner! When doing my research I knew I wanted to go to the best provider, Mismile had treated more patients than the other clinics in my area so I thought I'd attend a consultation and go from there. Within a minute of being there I knew I'd made the right choice. Everything was explained to me before starting my treatment and the costs were given to me in advance of beginning too. I was able to split the payments so it was affordable, and now I have a smile to rival Julia Roberts!!

Sep 19,2016My confidence and my persona has been completely reformed! I feel happier, smilier and more outgoing because I don't feel awkward or embarrassed about my teeth anymore. My job requires me to do a lot of public speaking in front of important clients, and to new people - I now feel like my confidence has improved my role in this case, the last thing I want to worry about is what they might be thinking about my looks (!) and instead be comfortable being outgoing, friendly and approachable, instead of shying away. I now always get compliments, which feels amazing - and that is more down to how I feel than how I look - although my smile is always noticed first!
