DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My mirror arrived packaged when I have opened it was shattered, I got in touch explain and you can clearly see the mirror is still packed and this has happened in transit. All they have done is offer 25% discount if I order again, absolutely DISGUSTING!

Very pleased with the product - a large Camden mirror - but delivery a bit of a hassle. I ordered on 1 September, and on 6 September received confirmation that the product was with the delivery partner. Having heard nothing further, I followed up on 12 September and was told delivery was confirmed for 14 September. I stayed home that day, but it came and went with no delivery. Finally on 17 September I was again told that delivery was confirmed for 18 September. This time the mirror was delivered! But - although they brought it in to the house for me, I was left to unpack a very large mirror on my own, and unlike some suppliers there was no offer to take the packaging away. There was su much packaging that, had I not been able to drive to a recycling centre, it would likely have filled both my recycling and landfill bins for a month or so. I would also hope that there's some possibility of using less polystyrene in packaging in future. The mirror was delivered with brackets, screws and wall plugs but I haven't attempted to wall mount it so can't attest to their suitability.

First mirror arrived smashed. Contacted the customer service dept and they arranged for a replacement on next day delivery. Great quality mirror and great customer service to boot, thank you!
