The overmantle mirror is very nice but it's supposed to be cream and is more a pale yellow colour, so it doesn't actually "go" with the colour scheme of my room, which IS cream. I'm undecided about what to do with it as I do really like the mirror. 5 - 10 days delivery is rather long which is what is on the website and mine took what felt forever to arrive . A more speedy courier company would be better as the one used waits until they have several in the same area before they deliver. Larger couriers have deliveries in every area every day.

Our second purchase excellent service I inadvertently ordered the wrong size luckily customer service was able to amend my mistake and the correct size arrived very quickly well packaged and is now hanging on the wall - highly recommend Ty

I recently ordered a mirror which was never delivered....no fault of the company, it was the delivery company. I left a voicemail for the Online Mirror Shop to let them know I hadn't received my order and someone called me back the next morning. Customer service was incredible! They sent me out a replacement mirror that day which I've just received and it's beautiful. Excellent service, highly recommend.
