Nov 08,2023Ordered a mirror with dimensions of 122 cm x 90 cm however mirror received was 106 cm x 90 cm so sent it back, i have now been charged £25.99 from my refund for delivery as there is a shelf area at the bottom of the mirror that is 122 cm wide, there is no mention in the advertisement that the dimensions are over all and that the mirror (including frame) is actually only 106 cm very dissapointed and would not use again. They need to make sure that their descriptions of goods are accurate

Oct 26,2023Colour of Mirror is different to the colour shown on the website. Fortunately I can still work with what was delivered in the room I’d planned it for. Delivery is estimated to be 3-4 weeks. Delivery was almost 6 weeks but when I called customer services they were very helpful and did deliver on the date I was given at that point.
