The Online Mirror Shop got straight back to me and arranged another delivery with a different company. The service was impeccable. I was kept informed throughout and the delivery driver was brilliant. The mirror is beautiful and I would challenge anyone to find better for the price. I have no hesitation in recommending them!

I was pleasantly surprised to get such a quick response to my email, and it was personal, not generic. I am delighted with my mirror. I then got another email from the company saying I had neglected to add the discount code at checkout and they would remburse me, which they did! I would not hesitate to recommend them. Not just for the product but for kindly and professional attention to their customers. My apologies for not responding sooner but between work and illness, life has been a $*%?¥!!! Overall a great experience and I would deffinately use the online mirror shop again. I love my mirror, it's beautiful and enhances my living room perfectly. Quality mirror with nice strong hanging straps that were placed perfectly evenly each side of the mirror, giving confidence that the mirror would when offers up, connect with screws easily and hang perfectly straight first time. Which it did. thanks online mirror shop. Will definitely recommend and, come back myself should I be buying another mirror in the future.
