Customer service was excellent when there was a delay with delivery, however, while they use the current courier, I think there will be issues, which is a real shame, unless I was just unlucky. I’d rather pay an extra £5 for reliable couriers, if that were an option.

Nov 17,2023I knew when I ordered this mirror that it would be 6-8weeks at 7week I recieved email to inform me of the imminent delivery, plus delivery firm informed me of 2hour time slot. The Mirror arrived extremely well packed to avoid any breakage. The Mirror itself is absolutely beautiful and well made. I love it! My only complaint would be once drilling holes and putting screws in wall it was extremely hard to place Mirror on screws. I'm sure there must be a better way to hang it.

Reasonable price for a 80cm round gold edged mirror which is already in situ above the fireplace and looks lovely. Great hack on line for hanging a round mirror that involves masking tape and a pencil - made life so much easier for a novice like me!
