Normally I would have to wait until I visit my family in Mallorca to bring back proper spanish food, but now all I have to do is log on to The Tapas Lunch Company website and order what I need. The delivery was next day and the cost was well worth it. I will be using their service again of course.

Mar 13,2013Has a very good choice of Spanish culinary products, including the hard to find Sobrasada, which is what I was mainly looking for. The only minor shortcoming of the site is that I couldn't find a 'Your Account' section to amend personal details and see order history etc.

Mar 07,2013I've used this company before and it has always provided an excellent speedy service with products being delivered in an ice-packed box to keep them fresh. How cool is that? (Very cool actually!). This time I also made a suggestion for a product to be stocked and got a personal email back within an hour or two saying that they would look to source the product and add it to their web site. All in all this is exactly what an internet service should be. Polite, efficient, responsive, personal and, of course, cool.

Mar 07,2013I ordered on Thursday morning and my products arrived first thing the following day. Very well packed with ice bags to keep refrigerated goods fresh. I ordered some cazuelas which are very nice, along with some bomba rice which is great and comes in a lovely stitched sack. Unfortunately, I ordered padron peppers which I appreciate are not in season but the ones I recieved were not fresh to the point where I had to throw some of them out. Also the jamon serrano was really disappointing. I got the 100g sliced pack and the 500g sliced pack. They were sliced far too thick. Almost 0.5cm in some cases. We allowed them to come to room temperature but the flavour was not there. The texture was almost wet instead of cured. Really disappointing as I was most looking forward to this. Overall, really first class top delivery service and presentation but the jamon and peppers fell short. Would order tableware/dishes again but not sure about food.

Mar 06,2013Pleased with the small order of chorizo,morcella,and cheese,delivery was crap,didn't even attempt to deliver,then on there website said they had tried,found out depot was 2 miles from house popped down to pick it up,found out later that depot was undergoing changes and service has suffered,defiantly no txt alert or hour time slot,food was great,will use again.

Feb 28,2013I was a bit scared to order a fresh product like PADRON peppers to be delivered from one country to another, but, product arrived in only 3 working days, pack in a good box, I can see how professional it was by opening the box. All products I got were supreme quality and flavour, I highly recommend this website. Now lets hope they introduce Mussels in brie (al natural) !!

No problems with quick delivery, never any with stock (well, almost never), and friendly advice such as one is likely to receive from any local shop in Andalucia. Great job ! Keep it up !

Feb 27,2013I placed my order on a Wednesday 3:30 pm. I knew it was not going to be dispatched that afternoon because I had missed the cutoff time by 1,5 hours. However, I did expect them to deliver Thursday in the afternoon. (Order placed 3:30pm, ready to dispatch next AM, distributed during the next day, product with me next day PM) Unfortunately, I did not get a dispatch message until Friday morning, saying my product would be delivered between 4:30pm and 5:30pm. So in total a day longer than what I expected. having said that, the Premium Chorizos, both natural and spicy are AMAZING!!!! Cannot fault the product.

Mar 18,2013I checked the web site and contacted them as some of my items were fresh / perishable with a use by date.I had a speedy response giving me all the information I required. I chose my items and ordered ,quickly had a confirmation reply anddate for delivery. The goods arrived on time and very well packed, the perishable items packed with chill packs and the items nice and cold. Good service all the way through. I will use them again.
