Feb 27,2013Tortilla flipper delivered on time, but split in two within package. Unusable. No-hassle refund, but a big disappointment, especially when I phoned and was told, "we've been having a lot of complaints from customers about broken items in the last few weeks as we just got a new courier". Hint: get a proper courier before sending items out and losing customers.

Feb 27,2013The range of products was very good and includes some fresh produce too. The delivery was very quick and the notification of expected delivery time (to within 1 hour) is a real plus. The items I ordered were all good quality and I will be ordering from The Tapas Lunch Company again. The only negative was that one item I wanted was out of stock and the advised replenishment date was quite a way in the future.

There is a great range of Spanish products on the site, and everything i have ordered over the past year has been excellent. Would recommend to anyone wanting genuine Spanish produce that arrives in perfect condition and tastes delicious!

Feb 19,2013I needed a wheel of Manchego for a cheese wedding cake, The Tapas Lunch Co were very helpful. I messages them via their Facebook page to Fung out the size of the cheese. I was pleased to feta response with full dimentions of the cheese. The cheese arrived within 24hrs, well packaged. Delicious cheese, enjoyed by all, a great addition to the cheese cake.

Feb 19,2013I purchased a range of dishes at different sizes. Sadly they're all smooth pottery where as I'd expected a rough texture associated with tapas bowls. Delivery was prompt and on time and I have no issue with the service, just a little under-whelmed by the product.

Feb 15,2013They had fresh padron peppers which I'd been searching for for months, plus the cooking chorizo and morcilla are not something you come across often. The selection of cure meats, spices, snack etc are impressive. All packed in a chilled box and delivered with tracking and updates very quickly.

Feb 13,2013I ordered fresh goods and they were packed very well on ice packs and delivered by next day courier and still chilled with some ice in parcel. I was kept informed of the status of my delivery with emails and text messages and given a one hour time slot for delivery with option for me to make changes if needed. Other companies could learn a lot from this company. Very impressed.

Feb 11,2013We bought, amongst other products, some Padron peppers. They were the only fresh item in our order. On arrival they looked some way past their best, as was confirmed when we cooked them. The other items were fine and we received very prompt and efficient service. If we use you again we will not order fresh items. Sorry!
