Jan 17,2013I ordered some padrone peppers and got the conformation instantly. Before they were dispatched i got a call from TLC to let me know my entire order will not be fulfilled due to stock (mentioned on the website that they were running low) but a fresh batch would be arriving in a day or two. The chap suggested if i didn't want to split the order to wait for the new stock to arrive which i did, and received a fresh delivery on the day we had agreed. Fantastic service and product served up with a high level of customer service. I will use again and recommend to all.

Jan 02,2013The pack took longer to arrive than advertised, which meant I had to make a special journey to collect it, but it was just before Christmas. Not sure that the goods you receive are worth the £45 they charge, seeing as some products has one euro fifty still on them!! Also, I was expecting it to be in a gift box, and although the carboard box was printed and presentable, inside was just packing peanuts, so had to dress up the presentation in order to make it a gift. Overall, the person receiving the gift was happy, but only because we'd dressed it up to make it special. I wouldn't bother with the gift back again, and would be more inclined to buy stuff from a local deli. Better value for money, and I could make it into a gift myself!

Unfortunately as the order was a gift for a friend I cannot comment on the quality of the product but it appeared from the outside of the box exactly the same product that I had enjoyed in Spain on a previous visit.

Dec 28,2012I had a Spanish Themed Christmas Eve and bought the following: Jamon Iberico Guijuelo- Boneless, which although it had a lot of fat on it, was wonderful. The best I have bought in the UK and just like the jamon I have had in Spain. Polvorones - a delicious alternative to mince pies and well received by all. Seafood & Valencian Paella Spice Mix Sachets - our guests (all of whom love and visit Spain regularly) said it was the best Paella they had had in the UK - I used the Valencian mix but did add a little more saffron of my own as I love the flavour. Overall a very positive result for a first time buyer and I will use TTLC again.

Dec 27,2012I placed three orders - three presents for friends. The friends are delighted with the gifts I sent - so I'm delighted. I haven't seen the items myself though. I sent the items as gifts, and would have liked the option to send as a gift, with a gift tag or message, and for the item to be giftwrapped. I live in Spain and like to send Spanish gifts to the UK without paying excessive postage!
